I was very satisfied from the pre-meeting discussion and it's subsequent completion. I believe their reputability, they are very well known men in the area and their communication was great. They appeared to me to be a well managed business from the cleanliness of their vehicles to their personal appearance, they looked and played the part. There was good use of technology because they showed me an idea what my walls would look like before they were done.

They perform good work and their staff is friendly with nice workers. The person who came out to talk to me was very upfront with everything he was going to do and he delivered everything he said. He even went over what he said he was going to do and what I wanted and he also took the time with me. I did not have any problems with him at all. They came when they said they were going to come. I would use them again in the future.

My wife and I met the owner one afternoon at their nursery while we were shopping for some shrubbery. We discussed some landscaping ideas we had for our home and we ended up setting up an appointment for them to come out to our house and give us some ideas/estimate. When they arrived they gave us some wonderful ideas we had not even thought of for our front yard. We got a couple other landscaping bids, but nobody else that came was as courteous or knowledgeable as DNA. They were a little back logged with work and let us know that it would take a few weeks for them to get to our house. We had heard they were really good, so we were willing to wait. They called about 10 or so days later and asked if it would be ok to start our job the following week. They showed up the first of the week and they were there for 3 days. Their crews were in uniforms, knowledgeable, and all around a great group of guys! My wife and I could not be any happier with the finished results! We now have the best landscaping/yard on the whole street! I would highly recommended this company to anyone! 10 out of 10! Also....their Nursery is absolutely beautiful! It was so nice to go down there and see all the beautiful trees and shrubs! Unlike the big box stores when you need help or have a question....they can actually handle the questions and make recommendations for you!! These guys are good!

We met their reps at a local Home Show, and told them specifically what we wanted and also that we were open to ideas re: landscaping. We need several multi-seasonal/multi-year projects. The reps advised us to call the office and set up an appointment for a FREE ESTIMATE. So, we called the office and scheduled a home visit for our FREE ESTIMATE. But, beware of hidden fees! The office called us several days after we had scheduled the vist, and we were told that there would be a $75 consultation fee because we lived so far away (less than 14 miles from the nursery). But, don't confuse this "consultation" fee w/ the estimate - because the estimate itself is FREE. Huh? So, of course we canceled the visit and will look elsewhere. Seriously, we expect to spend 5 digits on the work that needs to be done, but it sure won't be with these losers.
