+ -1 moreService for my dryer was scheduled for a morning appointment between 8-11 am. (3 day wait). Provider failed to show up. At 5 pm I reached a customer service voice mail. An hour later my call was returned and I was informed the appointment had been canceled because there wasn't a technician available in my area. (Location approx. 15 miles from provider). The provider had a primary and secondary telephone number but no one notified me of cancellation or attempted to reschedule. The customer service agent I spoke with at the end of the day was not apologetic and rude, insisting someone had contacted me. I will not call Cumberland Appliance Repair again or recommend them for service.
