Valentine's not only was responsive to my call but was also eager to get out to my property and get a quote back to me quickly. We had initially established a date for work but by a chance of good luck the additional materials needed for the job were received earlier than expected so I was contacted and asked if I wanted the job done sooner. ....(.of course I did!) I've been using Valentines as my exclusive HVAC contractor for the past several years for misc repair work and I've not yet been dissapointed. As an individual who owns property within the Cumberland, MD area but does not reside there I am extremely appreciative of their professionalism, experience, and ability to understand my needs and complete the work in a timely manner. I am only rating Quality and Pricing as a (B) because I don't have a better frame of reference on Pricing (I am sure I could have had this installed cheaper but for something like this I happy to pay the right people to complete this work) and for Quality (since I was not on premise to visually inspect the work being completed ....nor do I have the expertise to determine the quality of work, I am confident this work was done properly). I am happy to recommend this establishment.

Their service is good. I have known him for years.

Did an absolutely perfect job. Removed all old piping and fittings and cleaned up all the mess. Water pressure is like new. Staff very friendly and answered all of my questions.

Requested quotes for a new kitchen sink, faucet and disposal. Initial interactions were good. However, on the visit to specify the sink, faucet and disposal the salesperson was excessively talkative about irrelevant issues. The price for the sink and faucet were in line with competitors, but the price for the disposal was much higher than competitors. So, there was poor professionalism in the sales discussion and inflexibility on the pricing of the disposal.

They also clean the gas heater each year. They are a great company to work with.
