I was happy with the fact that he could do many different things. If he is outside of his element, then he will hire someone. He is very smart. He knows what he is doing. We did have a few problems but he was more than willing to come fix them.
Description of Work: He did hardwood flooring, painting, and installed pipes in our home. He installed drains along the foundation. He repaired asphalt on my driveway. He did electrical repairs. He installed appliances. He did some plumbing repair from frozen pipes. He replaced the drywall in the house. He put flooring in our basement and put carpet in the house. He tested the hvac unit for me. He performed a roofing inspection. He replaced doors and windows. He installed vinyl flooring in the bathroom. He installed audio and video cabling.
