Anderson Heating & Cooling removed my old dead furnace and installed a new one in less than 2 half days. It wouldn't have taken more than half a day but there were some issues with the old fill tank which Anderson fixed. These people are very professional and efficient along with being very caring about their customers! I highly recommend them to everyone!

Removal of old furnace and installation of new furnace went smoothly. Workers showed up on time and worked hard to complete the job in a timely manner. All workers were mature and considerate of my discomfort during the installation process. They finished the job in two half days and cleaned up before they left. I would recommend Anderson Heating and Cooling to anyone needing this type of service.

We were so impressed with Mark and his team. We talked with 3 different contractors and Mark was certainly the most cordial. His estimate was prompt and the least expensive of everyone. They started the work quickly thereafter. The entire team were very respectful of our home and kept things remarkably clean throughout their work (which was amazing considering all they did!). They completed the work in 2.5 days though they had thought it would take 4-5! Quick, thorough, and clean! Not to mention, his team also reached out to our neighbors; our neighbors AC unit was crooked and the team fixed it up at no cost. Mark Anderson was amazing to work with and helped answer all our questions. We highly recommend this contractor!!

Mark Anderson was my first estimate. He came to the house and initially gave me an estimate on the size of the unit and the cost. After that, I got 3 more estimates from other local businesses. Mark called me several times during this period to see if I'd made a decision yet. Each time he was extremely nice, answered all my questions and addressed my reservations concerning unit brands and types and sizes. When I had concerns about the square footage vs. unit size, he agreed to go up one step with a larger BTU unit while keeping the estimate the same. In the end, we picked him. A few other estimates wanted us to install an attic pull-down door which he said he felt wasn't necessary, and in the end, he was the cheapest estimate. When it was time to do the work, it took 3 or 4 days, and the workers that showed up were wonderful. Very respectful, very nice and neat. Mark stopped by once or twice to answer our questions and to make sure the process was going okay. Our central air is wonderful - although it was installed in the fall and we were unable to use it until this past summer, we were so grateful to have it and it worked perfectly. I have a lot of respect for Mark and the way he runs his business. He never once discouraged me from getting alternate estimates, and his follow up phone calls didn't feel like pressure; mostly he was just asking if I had any additional questions that he could help me with. I did have additional questions and he answered honestly and without negatively speaking about the alternate companies. I am very grateful to Mark and his company for doing such a great job on the a/c, and being so nice and helpful the whole time. I would use him again with zero hesitation.

They were so good in so many ways. They were polite and they were honest. The men who came out to work all four days were wonderful. I don’t have a bad thing to say about them. They did a really nice job on the house. They hid the wiring and they ran it across the ceiling and I couldn’t even see it. They were absolutely amazing people and I would highly recommend them.
