Mr. Smith and a technician personally replaced my home's heating and air conditioning system. Smith & Company's quote was by far the best value of the three HVAC companies which provided me quotes. The cost was substantially lower and the equipment warranty was several years longer what was offered by the other two companies. The project was completed quickly and very professionally.

Overall experience was excellent! Everything went smoothly from the first phone call to inquire about the humidifier (time, cost, installment) to the actual installation. The team from Smith & Co. arrived at the agreed upon time. The installment completed within the discussed timeframe and professionalism was exhibited throughout the process. I appreciate that Smith & Company was very considerate of my time.

Smith & Company was prompt and friendly. Our air conditioning stopped working in the dead of summer and with an elderly grandma and a newborn baby in the house we needed AC right away. Smith and Company came out diagnosed the problem and gave us options to repair or replace. We ultimately decided to replace. They gave us a great price on a new unit and came back the next day to install. It was simple fast and easy. I have recommended Smith & Company to several friends who have also used them and loved them. I wouldn’t call or trust anyone else. Family owned, they care about their clients as if they were family too!

My unit stopped bowing warm air and it was getting cold in my home. As a single mother with small children I called Smith & Company HVAC in hopes they could resolve the issue. They exceeded my expectations. Turns out I had a lose wire connection and it was a quick simple fix which restored my heat. Their technicians are very personable! I had a great experience with Smith & Company HVAC. My unit was freezing over due to a leaking evaluation coil. The technician was super knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything that was happening. They were able to get the part and get me scheduled for repair quickly! I would highly recommend Smith & Company HVAC to anyone!

They arrived on time. Tim the technician was excellent. He knew exactly what he was doing. It was a very busy time for them, it was raining, he works in the rain and figured out the prob and fixed the problem that day.

They know what they are taking about. They did everything correctly that another company did incorrectly. They have fine prices. They were able to come to me on a Saturday morning too. Gerry More is the one I dealt and he was great.
