On 14 Nov 2022, I contacted Joseph Rodriguez to request assistance after Simonton refused my warranty claim. Joe remembered that I previous wrote him up for his refusal to assist me for some siding around my chimney that fell off within the five years warranty. Joe was still working punchlist items that were within the five-warranty timeframe, but refused to repair my siding. Since Joe’s quote listed a lifetime warranty for the Simonton windows, I requested his assistance after Simonton’s denial. Instead of being professional, Joe demanded that I apology for stating facts about the first incident. I declined his demand and again I am only stating facts.

Joe Rodriguez will not honor his 5-year warranty. The work that needed to be corrected was a portion of the siding on two side of my chimney. This effort could have been completed within 2hours. I'm a certified construction project manager, so please read and heed my warning. Although he states in later emails that my 5-year warranty expired on the April 4th, I conducted a walkthrough his work on my house on April 28th and here is his email... Joe Rodriguez Apr 28, 2016, 12:37 PM First of all, I apologize for his lack of patience during the walk through. Mr. Kim is a very proud man, and I am sure he was just being defensive with you. Second, he does do his best to make the job look as good as he can based on the conditions, he's working with There are a lot of little obstacles that need to be work through when siding older homes that go unnoticed. These things go unnoticed by the homeowner and I sure that why he was defensive because he try's real hard to do his best! All that being said he should be more amenable to your inspection. I will pay for the cost of those items and have Alside send you a tube of caulking. I would also ask you to consider that I gave you the opportunity to have the 5500 series at the same price as the 5300 and did not charge you any up charge which was a couple hundred dollars. There is a give and take scenario that exist on every project and I ask you to consider that moving forward. The balance due is $7240 let me know when I can expect that and please send me the receipts for the Verizon repair once you get that from them. Joseph I first contacted Joe, as seen below on April 6th of an issue...well within the several weeks of the 5-year warranty. Even if his story was correct, he declined my claim for the warranty had expired by only two days...but this is not true. My inserted excepts from my email has proven it. Thanks BTW, I telework 0900-1200 W & Th and all-day Friday Facts: 1) You were still correcting punch list items in May 2016, since we were discussing on this email on the 30th of April 2016 2) You have a lifetime warranty on the siding 3) You have a 5-year labor warranty 4) Although I found a couple pieces of siding on the ground on the 3rd April 2021, I officially contacted the 6th of April 2021 (on this email). 5) Without any response, I emailed again (on this email) and texted you on the 20th of April 6) The window portion of this contract closed on the 22nd of April, but never received a completion certificate request on the siding...again, you were still correcting punch list items in May 2016. 7) Please take note of YOUR 28th of April 2016 email above where you talk about the remaining balance of $7,240. This is WELL within the 5-year warranty period. If the facts were on your side, I would understand. These facts seem to tell a different story. What a snake!!!

Premier Remodelers was contracted to replace two skylights and replace the roof on a shed. The owner of Premiere, Joe Rodriquez, had concerns about the security of the delivery of the material and wanted to make sure someone was there when it was delivered. Our tenant remained at home to facilitate this. When the pallet was dropped onto the driveway, he sent only one employee to move it into the house for storage so my tenant had to assist him with the move. After contracting for the shed roof we noticed two 24 inch rotten gable boards. To remove and replace these he charged us an additional 450 dollars. When inspecting his "finished" work, we noticed that the roof sheathing was chiseled out to access the rotten gable boards but not replaced thus leaving holes in the roof with shingles placed over the holes. I left a voice mail as well as an email regarding the poor work and received a call three days later saying he would be addressing the problem. Five weeks later after multiple phone calls and emails an employee arrived to work on the repair. We hired them with the understanding that this was a rental property and they needed to coordinate with the tenants for entry onto the property. They repeatedly arrived unannounced despite phone calls and emails asking them not to. In addition, after contracting with Premiere we noted a leak in our 6 year old roof (done by another contractor) and asked for a quote since they would already be there doing the other work. When the estimate was very expensive, I told him that I would have to get other bids and he became offended stating "You don't trust me". We received two other bids, both were 1000 dollars less or 33% less than his quote to do the same exact work. The new roofer we hired for this job did an excellent repair and was very professional.

The experience with this company was seamless. They came and gave me a quote and were able to get to work right away. It felt like I had a new roof in a matter of days. The quality of the work was outstanding. So much so that I hired them again to replace windows, trim and all my gutters. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This review is from work done in 2018. Overlooked posting a review, and wanted to be sure to mention the good work and attention to detail. Joseph spent time and sought out several alternatives siding colors and companies when the initial choices were not exactly what we hoped for. Wanted vertical siding and the options are limited on colors for vertical siding. Kelvin managed daily siding work and made sure trim was precise and clean up occurred. Joseph oversaw work each day. Very satisfied with the work and final product. Would definitely use them again. Very professional.

Joe is a pleasure to work with; no games and very professional and explained the entire process. He started right away, monitored his crew and completed the job on schedule. The crew was quick, clean, friendly and highly skilled. We love to drive up to our home now and are proud of the way it looks!

I met with the owner, Joe. He was very knowledgeable about his business and seemed very nice at first. Our meeting started off pleasant, until he seemed more interested in making sure that I knew about his high ratings and how long he’d been in business than what work I needed done. When it came time to talk price, he at first said that he wouldn’t give me an estimate in writing, and tried to give me the “hard sell” wanting me to sign a contract right then and there. Only when I said several times that I wanted an estimate in writing did he agree to do so. All of this I had been through with a few other contractors, so I wasn’t completely turned off at this point. That is until he insulted me: As he was pushing me to make a decision right then and there, he asked what my hesitation was.... what could he do to get me to make deal.... like a used car salesmen. I told him that I was gathering my estimates and then wanted to go over them with my father. His response was, “your dad? You’re saying that you can’t make a decision on your own?” You see, my father is a retired roofer with more years of on the job experience than he has been alive. (And I told him that at the beginning of our meeting). So, yeah, I’m going to let him look over any estimate before I sign. Plus, he tried to push me to choose a shingle brand with a large amount of negative reviews for them blowing off of customers roofs, and he told me that I needed to add an edge vent to part of my house at an additional cost of about $2,500 that every other of the seven roofers that I got estimates from said was unnecessary.

What a great experience with Premier Remodeling. After many independent referrals, we hired Premier. Joe Rodriguez was fantastic, very responsive & proactively helped us with our insurance company to find the best solution for our home. The crew was detail-oriented & definitely experts in their field. Our house looks amazing. I highly recommend Premier for your siding projects.

Joe took the time to review all of the options we had to get the quality and features we wanted for our roof. In addition to new shingles we had Premier install all new sky lights and venting for our upstairs bathrooms. They even did a great job on my shed. The best part was leaving for work with an old roof and coming home to a new roof without any signs of the work or mess in the yard. Great crew!

Joe Rodriguez, the owner of Premier Remodelers was selected by us after receiving four other bids. He was very professional and had three different options and quotes for our siding. Although his bid was not the lowest we chose his company after reading all of the reviews that he provided from other customers. Our home was in desperate need of repair as our siding and shutters were falling off. After signing the contract on Friday the team started on time the following Monday and began removing all of the siding from the original construction in 1977. They worked continuously and meticulously replacing our siding and shutters. When they found a flaw in our gutter covers they replaced them at minimal cost and downtime. Upon completion Joe did a walk around and we were not able to find any flaws, even the caulking was perfectly straight and matched our blue siding. My house looks brand new, at least from the outside thanks to Premier Remodelers. We are extremely satisfied customers. I highly recommend this company if you want to receive outstanding workmanship and professionalism.

Great great experience! I can't say enough good about this company and the owner, Joe Rodriguez. I met Joe at the Dulles Expo Center Home and Garden show and had Premier replace all of my windows in my home. As a relatively new homeowner, I was tentative in general about using contractors and wanted one with plenty of experience and a good reputation. From start to finish, this was the best possible experience I could have asked for. I really liked Joe as soon as I met him but I still wanted to compare his companies experience, services and prices to others locally. I compared their company with at least 5 other companies and came back to his because 1) their company has over 20 years in experience and lots of positive customer reviews to back that up, 2) he was never a pushy salesperson; he was confident in the product he offered, and 3) the product was priced competitively and Joe worked with me personally to get the most competitive rates possible for my windows. His crew came EXACTLY (literally to the minute) of when he promised they would and they finished again almost to the minute of when he said the job would be complete. The installation was done with attention to detail, and the crew removed and thoroughly cleaned the debris that comes from removing the old windows (this sounds standard, but I've heard plenty of horror stories with other companies where things were left a mess). They were an extremely professional company and it was a pleasure to work with such an honest business, who you can trust to stand by their product and follows up on their promises. It is now 2 years since installation of the windows and I am loving them more than ever- they're beautiful, functional (easy to open and clean), and my favorite feature may be that they reduced my electric bill! I plan on getting Premier to replace my roof this fall. Don't hesitate to use them- they're wonderful!

Joseph came by our house. (He was working on another project down the street) and asked us if we were in the market for a roof. Since the roof was 21 years old and showing it's age, we decided to talk to him and see what he had to offer. We have had some bad experiences with other contractors in the past, so we listened to him with quite a bit of caution. We we found out that he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us options that we had never thought about before. It did take us some time to decide that Premier was the right company for us, but when we did, Joseph told us that he would "take care of us". On the day of the install, there was supposed to be a considerable amount of rain that afternoon. Joseph pulled another crew off a job and had them work on our roof along with the crew that was already there. With 8 people working on the roof, the tear off and install took just about 5 hours. By 12:30, the roof was on, the crews were gone, the roof looked beautiful, and we had neighbors asking us why the crew didn't take off the old roof. When I told them they did, and 2 crews came out to get this job done before the rain, they were just as floored as we were. All in all, dealing with Premier and Joseph was one of the best decisions we have made. When he said that he would take care of us, he meant it, and I know that to be the case in the future. We are planning on getting new doors in the future and are looking forward to working with them on this project.

They did an adequate job. I also had some issues with a window, and they were slow to respond.

I liked the owner. He's a pretty nice guy. He was honest and fair.

I liked the attentiveness of their service particularly before the windows were installed. They did an excellent job in installing the windows. They were very professional. They charged us a little bit less than $500 a window. So we are quite happy with the windows.
