Landscapes by Keith did an absolutely wonderful job in our yard. In the back, Keith created beautiful, curved stacked-stone walls that he capped to be flat and reinforced with concrete. He made a nice little stone staircase that lead to a gate in the fence at the back of our yard. In addition to the hardscaping, he planted a variety of shrubs including mahonias, azaleas, astilbes, japonicas and some ferns around the accent boulders. It really made our small back yard a great place to be. He also planted shrubs and ornamental grasses around the cherry tree in our front yard. It's very nice also. We've since sold that house, but we do plan on having Keith do the landscaping at our new house when it's complete.

Keith was very professional in setting up the time for the estimate and was able to calculate a rough cost to do the job on the spot. He keeps to his word and is able to perform the work in a timely manner. We actually had one issue with the settling of the patio in one spot due to the new soil and retaining wall but he was able to come out and fix the problem. Very professional, very timely, good quality. Definitely recommend giving him a call if you need any landscaping or hardscaping done.

Although I wasn't happy with a few things at first, Keith was very responsive and came right out and remedied the problems. It's really pretty and looks great! Not the cheapest, but ultimately the good customer service made it worth it.

Landscapes By Keith was excellent. They were "A" all around. I was really pleased with the work that they did. I'm planning on using them again.

Keith came out to give us an estimate for the work we thought we wanted done in our front yard. Not being much of a landscaper myself, i basically just knew what i didn't want, and that was the ugly, weed filled walk that currently was the welcoming path to our house. Keith asked questions and provided some ideas which helped to shape where we wanted to go with the design. Keith went home, sketched out a plan according to the things that we discussed and then provided us with a proposal within a day of his visit. We contracted with his company for a July installation. When the day finally came, Keith's crew showed up on time and began working to remove the old walk. Another old cement walkway was found under the walk being torn out, so Keith's crew had to do the extra hard work of breaking up and removing the old cement walk that lay underneath the surface. After the first day of work the old walkways were gone and the area prepared for the new walk and patio i realized that although we agreed upon a walkway, i actually wanted to change the plan to make the walkway area stronger so that a car could be parked on it. We have a single lane driveway and four cars with not enough parking. We are constantly jockeying cars in and out of the driveway and lack parking when others come to visit. The ability to park on the walkway had never occurred to us initially, but now i wanted to change the plan so called Keith that night to discuss the changes. Even though the walkway was all ready and prepped to start laying the pavers the next day, Keith listened to my changes and agreed to change the plan and have his crew dig deeper and build a much stronger base to make the pavers strong enough for parking. Keith also provided us with some ideas for the garden area next to the beautiful patio they installed. I do NOT have a green thumb so know nothing about plants and what looks and grows good so i totally trusted Keith to pick these out and design the layout. The entire project from the walk/driveway, to the patio that he ensured was slopped away from the house for the rain runoff, to the replacement of the wall, to the garden, all turned out beautiful. Keith was easy to work with and very knowledgable about landscaping techniques and products. His crew was very nice, worked hard and cleaned up thoroughly when they finished. I would definitely use Landscapes by Keith again.

Another company installed the fence and Landscapes by Keith came in and rubbled the property and put in bricks for the grout. They came out exactly when they said they would. Everything turned out very good and I was very happy with the outcome. They were very competent. It's a small company and Keith himself oversaw the job. Their price was also good which is why I ended up using them instead of some of the other companies I contacted through Angie's List. They were very personable, and it was nice having the owner with the workers. He came back the third day. He could not put any grout between the bricks because of the rain. He then came out on a Saturday morning himself to finish the job. I was very pleased. I could not have asked for anything more. I would be using them again if I had to do a similar job.
