Kelly is all that a tenant could hope for. Efficient and prompt, she responds to all maintenance and leasing inquiries in a timely manner and is truly invested in her tenants.

Kelly was our property manager for our home in Annapolis from 2015-2021. I had tried to manage the property myself from afar( we are A Navy family) and was entirely overwhelmed. Kelly came in and handled everything from renters, fallen trees, well failures during ice storms, a remodel and then finally, the sale of our home. She is, without question, the greatest asset we had as landlords. Her long built and loyal network of plumbers, carpenters, tree trimmers, painters, etc were always fair and so quick to respond to her. Always level headed, clear and non emotional about all kinds of circumstances. She is flexible, always available and without whom, I could not have retained this property OR fetched top dollar at the time of sale. I could not recommend her more highly as either a realtor or as a property manager. I only wish I had more property for her to manage!

I needed to get my house sold. Kelly had a buyer for the house in one week. Kelly has been very responsive to problems like keeping the grass cut. Kelly helped with getting all the problems that came up after the inspection. Very helpful to work with.

Kelly is an exceptional professional and did an outstanding job managing my rental property for over 5 years. I cannot say enough good things about Kelly. She has been the property manager of the home that I have rented for the past year and she has been so pleasant and professional. After the Military moved us to Virginia Beach VA, I thought I could manage my property from that relatively short distance. (4 hours). It didn't take me long with my first super high maintenance tenant to know I needed help. Kelly had been recommended to us from a fellow Navy family up the street. She has been a god send. From dealing with those tenants to finding replacements, she has always exceeded my expectations. She is such a down to earth and reasonable person. She understands that we can't do everything all at once when it comes to repairs. She gathers estimates on work, watches the property when work has to be done, and always is there for us and answers all of our question in a timely manner. I cannot recommend her enough.

I needed to get my home rented. Kelly had a renter in the home in two weeks. Kelly has been very responsive to problems like a refrigerator going bad. Kelly had the refrigerator checked for repair then gave me the option to fix or replace. Kelly replaced the refrigerator promptly at my request.

She has helped find tenants for our rental home. She has a great list of contractors to work with when it came to repairing our home. She is always available with problems or questions. Her contract is very well thought out. She also visits tenants to see how things are going and making sure the home is kept in order. She always keeps in contacts with us so there are no surprises. She is always hands on and establishes a great rapport with everyone.
