Description of Work: yesterday they said an arborist would be out between 4 and 5 called about 3 ;30 today they said i misunderstood they would be out between 2 and 4 i called a litabout 4 they said he wason his way at 7 ;33 stillhas not showed up just a 30 min. srive away if they can't show up to give a quote what can you expect when the work is supposed to be done? they ddon't seem reliable

Description of Work: Ballard came to my home to grind up two tree stumps I had. They did a good job as I expected they are professionals and I would recommend them.

Description of Work: Paul came out to perform the consultation service. He was terrific - polite, punctual, professional, and a veritable font of valuable information on how to handle each of the many types of trees on our large property, including several that I needed to take down, prune, de-vine, or just keep an eye on for future potential problems. He also advised me on proper pruning techniques and timing, removing staking lines that were "choking" several trees, and preventive techniques to forestall future problems on our property. Well worth the money, and worthy of an Angie's List "super service" award. thanks much Ballard, and especially Paul!

Description of Work: Stump removal for my house but sent me an email stating that they didn't work at my location. Was upset because the deal that was on your website said that it was for my area.

Description of Work: The service provider came out to our home and gave us an estimate for the project. We liked the price of the estimate which was $1,500. We agreed to the terms and paid $495 up front for the project. The estimate was in early April. They originally said two weeks from the estimate is when the job would be done. It's now May and we still haven't had the work done. Whenever we contact them, they advise us that they are too busy and they will come when their schedule clears up.

Description of Work: Trimmed/ thinned a tree. Best price. Right on time. Very pleasant crew. Moved all furniture etc in the backyard before they started trimming. Left the yard cleaner than when they arrived.

Description of Work: They didn't DO anything. I found their assessment relatively worthless. I was concerned about the health of my tree-they offered nothing to improve its health. They wanted to prune it. I could have gotten pruning service from anyone. I wanted to improve its health. Seemed like I paid $79 bucks to be solicited for pruning services.
