Description of Work: I contacted Ballard, initially for an estimate, to have a few trees removed. The representative met with my husband. They discussed the need and the cost. Ballard was not the only estimate received. However, they were able to work with our budget constraints and allowed us to remit incremental payments. Also, I asked if there was a discount for the military. (I ask all vendors this.) There was a discount which decreased the original quote. That was much appreciated. The date of service was scheduled about a week to 10 days later. The crew arrived, removed the trees and cleaned up the branches, twigs and other bits beautifully. When I arrived home that evening I would not have known they had been in my yard had it not been for seeing where a limb had been removed from a large tree. (It was almost touching my house, so we had it removed.) My husband said the crew was friendly and the job only took a few hours. We are very pleased and would definitely use Ballard again, as well as recommend them to others.

Description of Work: I had a tree trimmed (hanging branches, thinned out to let some light in, also obstructing another tree) The quality of the work was good. My main complaint was the length of time to get the service done, and I had to call to find out when they were going to come. In fact, they didn't return my call, just showed up a few days later. Fortunately, I was home.

Description of Work: After a tree fell on our roof during a wind storm we couldn't have asked for more to alleviate our concerns than the responsive and professional service Ballard Enterprises provided. I left a message for them at 6:00am the following morning and got a call back by 6:30am. An estimator was at my home before the kids were on the school bus and the work was done not long after lunch. They had good equipment and people, cleaned up nicely and even went so far as to provide information to the roofing repair company regarding some not easily seen damage in need of repair. Prompt and professional - Highly Recommended.
