Description of Work: Installed new alarm system. Over promised and under delivered and then tried to charge me for their mistakes. I paid what I expected in the end but it was not a pleasant experience.

+ -1 moreThey are going along fine, but I have never received the contract by mail. He made me sign something on an Ipad, and he said I would receive the contract by mail, but I have never received it. It has been confusing for me, because there seems to be several companies involved.
Description of Work: We have a burglar alarm through them.

+ -1 moreThe sales reps were great but technicians not so much had to come to my house several times because items weren't compatable with my home. When i called customer service they made promises they didnt keep when they came back to the house resulting in more money. The service is good the owner of the techs is not so customer focused be careful.
