Our sump pump stopped working and everything backed up...Not the best way to start. They came in and quoted a price of "about 10000. They had someone come in to camera the line to see if they could determine where the clog was at. (Made sense). They then ordered a backhoe and had people come out to dig down to our pipe without taking to us about it. The backhoe and the people sat there for 8 hours 'waiting for the supervisor to arrive (which he did at 7:00pm as it was getting dark.) They came back the next day to put the pipes back together. Two weeks later our basement was saturated with waste that had sprayed everywhere when the pipe let loose. They tried to charge us for the backhoe and the people who sat all day doing nothing. The new pump stopped working 6 months later!

It went longer - had to install all new stem and stem seats because of age of originals. But parts were available on the truck and the work was done to my satisfaction on a Saturday afternoon.

Tried to replace only the needed handle and washer assembly, but part was too old - so needed to replace cartridge and all parts. Doing the hot water side - needed/should do the cold water side of same age and parts. It took 2.5 hours, but it was done and it was done well and had no leaks or issues.

three times, they failed to show up for appointments; when they did come three days later they didn't call ahead. they spent 6.5 hours onsite. before obtaining landlord authorization, they replaced the pressure release valve on the water heater and substituted existing copper pipes with white PVC ones. their fees was top, their workmanship third-rate (the vertical PVC pipe pulls to one side). not impressed.
Description of Work: we called about an overflowing drain pipe.

They're the best one that I've come across. They do HVAC and plumbing. They're phenomenal. They were very good about keeping on schedule and getting back to you. They came on time. There wasn't any bad. The price was reasonable.
Description of Work: They took care of my plumbing issues. They checked the plumbing. They did all my HVAC services.
