I do not know anything about their quality of work because I called twice to request an estimate and they never returned the phone call. I gave them plenty of time to respond - the calls were about 3-4 weeks apart. If they are too busy for a new project, a courtesy return call would have been appreciated.

After seeing the space he made notes, I explained our budget and left with a promise to get back to us the following week with numbers. When didn’t I called and left two messages the following week. No reply. Call back saying the job is not for us, too small or something would have been nice. It wasted my time.

We were preparing our house for sale, and we had a laundry list of items that we wanted updating as well as needed to be fixed before we could put the house on the market. Tony came to quote on the project and advised against us making too many changes that weren't needed to sell the house and also wouldn't provide any additional return. In addition to this, he then provided a very competitive quote. The work was completed professionally and to a very high standard. All of Tony's team were professional, friendly and highly skilled and went above and beyond. Tony was very responsive throughout and addressed any questions promptly. His magic worked because the house sold 2 hours after going on the market. We wouldn't hesitate to work with Tony again.

Tony was excellent to work with. He not only knows the construction side but also has an excellent eye for design, he gave us great suggestions while remodeling that we incorporated into the house. We worked with Tony over a period of a few months from the initial quote to finalizing all the details (cabinets, coutertops, etc.). Tony was very responsive and patient through the entire process. I would (and have) recommend Morgan Building & Remodeling to all my friends and family. We are also looking forward to working with Tony again for some additional remodeling projects. Working with Mr. Morgan was absolutely wonderful! Unlike other remodeling companies, Mr. Morgan coordinated and provided all the estimates for flooring, painting, and other services. Tony not only had excellent construction ideas, he had design suggestions that made all the difference to the remodel. We were very pleased with our experience working with Tony of Morgan Building & Remodeling. The two bathrooms we remodeled were the first projects we've hired a contractor for, so we were new to the process and didn't know what to expect. Tony is an excellent communicator and guided us through the entire project. He provided guidance on the bathroom design and gave suggestions on where to cut costs to stay within our budget. His crew was professional and friendly and always left the house clean at the end of each workday. Tony kept us informed of their progress each day and notified us asap of any problems they encountered or price overruns. He accommodated our requests to add in work in the middle of the project and completed everything in a timely manner. We are so happy with the finished products and highly recommend Morgan Building and Remodeling!

Tony visited our home to provide an estimate. He reviewed our ideas and added some of his own about the design. The estimate, including illustrations came promptly and was in line with other providers but we liked Tony's forthrightness and professionalism so we chose him. He promptly provided contact information for vendors who were very helpful in selecting the tile, fixtures, paint and other materials for the job. We also selected some of these from home center stores and Morgan readily approved these selections.. There was about a 60-day delay before work could begin but that just indicated to us that Morgan's services were in demand and we had no pressing need to start right away. Once work began, they moved the work forward steadily, including a few weekend sessions which Tony sought our permission to schedule. All of the staff were both competent workmen and likable people. Everyone interacted well with our large, active dogs. All of our questions were addressed promptly and the inevitable challenges were smoothly addressed without recrimination or ill will. The work was completed as expected even though two snow storms that might have been a valid excuse for delay had occurred. The final invoice was within 1% of the original estimate despite some unforeseen work being required. Throughout the project, Tony stayed in communication with us, sometimes several times a day and he addressed all of our concerns fairly and in a timely manner.

Definitely an A+ rating!!!! Mr. Morgan was professional from start to finish. I waited 2 months for the project to start because he had other projects scheduled, but that is to be expected with in demand contractors. But once they started, he finished it in 4 weeks - the estimate was 4-5 weeks. He over delivered on every thing he promised. This was a complete raw canvas project. I had attempted 6 times to find a contractor who could come up with a great design, but it had to be reasonable as I didn't have a high-end budget. He listened, since I wanted some design considerations to accommodate an aging parent, with 4 generations in one house. The result has been perfect. I was wishy-washy on some aesthetic decisions and he patiently worked through them with me. One of the best parts was that once they started work, I had some number of workers in there every day. They wasted no time. The total project was remove all outer wall dry wall and insulate(no insulation in the walls of my 1960 house), demo the 8x12 room and the small bathroom that would become the laundry room, install heated floors, build 4x4 shower with a 12" wide built in bench across to side wall, install bathtub, install double vanity with Quartz countertop and toilet, build a linen closet. The design to fit all of that in and the room still feel spacious is great! The laundry room is also perfect- I had been trying to figure out how to bring it up from the basement. Also had the crawl space beneath the remodeled and adjacent rooms insulated. The walls and trim were finished beautifully. Outlets and switches were well thought out and practically placed. Installed grab bars in strategic locations. All of the folks Morgan brought in- electricians, plumbers, tile guys, painters, jack of all trades- all did top notch work, put up barriers to limit dust, protected surfaces, cleaned up after themselves- and provided outstanding craftsmanship- everything turned out beautifully. Really better than I imagined.

Eli & Steve were punctual both days and very professional. They were terrific! Tony came both days to help Eli & Steve and to check on the work as well as the finished product. There was no mess after the work was done - solid clean up job. Overall, very pleased and it looks great! We will definitely call Morgan Building & Remodeling for future projects.

Tony and his team were amazing. They did an amazing job on our kitchen and deck and we are thrilled. Tony was amazingly responsive to any and all of my emails and texts, from the estimate process all the way through to the final payment. He runs a very well oiled machine/business and I highly recommend this company!! I also just want to especially thank Eli for being so conscientious about our remodeling project and being so sweet and understanding with our 9 year old son who took the opportunity to watch the guys whenever he could. Eli even shared his pizza with Danny one day. From beginning to end, our dealings with this company have been great. Thanks for a job wonderfully done guys!!

After receiving several quotes and meeting with multiple contractors, we ultimately decided Morgan Building & Remodeling was the best team we had spoken with. While this quote was higher than some others we received, we felt that the quality and level of professionalism would be worth the extra cost. Tony was very patient as we had to deal with an AC issue in the summer that prevented us from moving forward with a contract. After we resolved our AC issue, we quickly moved forward with signing our contract. Instead of scheduling the work to be done in consecutive days, we opted to have the team come in and work as they had availability between schedules and we weren't in a hurry to have the job completed. We were pleasantly surprised when the work was completed within a couple of weeks! Tony and his team were punctual, courteous, and very professional throughout the entire process. Tony was always available by email and very responsive to our questions/concerns, and we never felt like we were given lower priority due to the size of the job. His team did a great job cleaning up any messes they made and they were very knowledgeable about the job. We have nothing but positive things to say about Tony and his team. We do plan on using his services for future home improvement needs.

Tony, Paul and the crew of Morgan Building & Remodeling did an excellent job on all of our home projects. They were very professional and accommodating to our requests, were responsive to any questions or concerns that we had and made sure we were completely satisfied with the finished product. The entire process was seamless starting from the free estimate to the completion of the projects. We have received many compliments from friends and family on their superb work. Every aspect of this renovation from the beginning to completion could not have gone better. Tony's responsiveness to all inquiries before, during and after the project was spot on. Tony's flexibility to changes on our part was wonderful. He always listened intently to our questions and concerns and provided ongoing feedback. He always gave us the high and low as well as a possible fix that would fit within our budget for all our change requests . His crew was extremely dependable, trust worthy and professional. They always left the site clean and that wasn't easy at times. His sub contractors as well were dependable and their work was also as exceptional. My husband worked in the industry for many years and was very pleased with his responsiveness and the craftsmanship of all his workers. A note of his loyalty and caring for his customers. After completion of the kitchen renovation, that was beyond exceptional. My husband was in the middle of screening our deck for my daughters baby shower he had to have emergency surgery that put completion of the project in jeopardy for the shower. I contacted Tony for a quote to complete the job. He knew of the shower and responded immediately with a more than fair price and his crew who also worked on a Sunday to meet the schedule. Tony and his crew will be doing more work for us and we will not be soliciting bids from other contractors.

It was a joy to work with Tony Morgan throughout this project. Always showed up on time, gave good inputs, and didn't mind you making changes. If you texted Tony. he would answer you within a minute and he would answer your e-mails by the end of the day. I can't think of any other contractor I've worked with that kept you informed as much as Tony did. In the master bath they removed all the old tile on the floor, the hot tub deck and took out the old fiberglass shower along with the old cabinet and sinks. They re-tiled the floor and hot tub deck, extended the shower out 3" and tiled it from floor to ceiling. They installed a bench, three corner shelves and hung a tall, 3/8" thick glass shower door, and installed a new cabinet, granite top and two under mount sinks. The two employees on Tony's staff,Paul and Ely, were very pleasant to work with and did an excellent job. They were very good about laying drop clothes over the carpet and cleaning up every day. Istvan, who laid the tile, was very meticulous and did beautiful work. I got two other estimates on this job and Tony's was the lowest. That, along with the excellent reviews I read on Angie's List, was why I went with Tony. I'm glad I did!

Tony and his crew were polite, professional, punctual, and gave us a great quote, which came considerable under the other two quotes that we received. Also, they cleaned up everything, and started and finished on time!! We will be using them for a minor kitchen remodel as well as a deck!! Thanks Tony, Eli, and other names i have forgotten...!! Well done!!!

We needed the job done in a narrow time window between the sellers moving out and we moving in. Tony and his team delivered once again! Did a great job and on time for us to move in to a freshly painted home!

Morgan was extremely honest and fast in providing quality work. We did crown molding and kitchen cabinet molding. He came and did it all in one day. They also assured us they would be responsible and fix any future issues with the work completed. We're extremely satisfied we finally met someone who is extremely responsive and gives quality professional work. We plan on using him again for other parts of the house.

The entire experience was exceptional! I found Morgan Building and Remodeling on Angie's list and emailed the owner, Tony. He responded by email the same day and by the end of the following day, we had coordinated for him to stop by and look at my hot tub/deck the upcoming week. Since I had mentioned that I wanted to be cost effective with this project, Tony provided different options to me, including the removal of the hot tub. After Tony stopped by, he emailed me some photos he had taken of my deck/hot tub and explained that removing the hot tub would probably be costly and that building a "deck table" over the hot tub, instead, would conceal the area and make it usable. He gave me an estimate for labor and materials and we scheduled the project for two days later. From first contact to completion of the project was about one and a half weeks! The carpenters arrived early in the morning fully prepared with all materials and tools in hand. I had to leave for work but when I arrived home, everything was complete. The workmanship was excellent! The "deck table" looked so much nicer than I imagined! I have received several compliments from neighbors. The two men who built the platform left the area spotless! No sawdust, wood chips, nor any other mess was left in the area. Tony was right on the mark with his estimate which I appreciated since I don't like unexpected financial surprises. In talking with Tony, it is evident that customer satisfaction is extremely important to the company. I will definitely use Morgan Building in the future for other possible projects. Usually when working with contractors, it's taken patience and time to communicate and finally get a project scheduled and completed, but with Morgan Building, it was less than 2 weeks from start to finish. I highly recommend Morgan Building!

We are very happy with how our bathroom turned out. We had gutted most of the master bathroom and replaced everything including a tiled shower stall. Everyone on the project was professional and cleaned up at the end of the day. Tony and his crew were able to take care of any issues that happened during the project. He even coordinated a new well pump installation because we were out of town. We would recommend Morgan Building and Remodeling to anyone.

We decided to update the 30 year old bathrooms in a Deck home prior to selling our house and have been very happy that we chose Morgan Building & Remodeling. You can visit their website to see an example of the Annapolis bathroom. From the time of the quote through all the work performed they have been great to work with. They were responsive in providing estimates, material lists and answering questions. Tony was great with communicating both over email and phone calls so we always were aware of what the plans were and what was needed from us. The personnel remodeling the bathrooms were professional, always produced quality work and met our time lines. Since the bathrooms, we've continued to use Morgan Building for refinishing the floors throughout the house and miscellaneous repairs and would use them again for any future work we need!

Re: Morgan Builders - for Angie's List posting First, and most importantly, is the personalities of the workers. They were exceptionally experienced and often anticipated our questions. An absolutely wonderful team who were always conscience of our comfort. Ours was a kitchen renovation - the kitchen and dining room became one. We obtained "prices" from several companies. No one would tell us if the wall dividing the rooms was load bearing. Tony brought in an engineer, question done. At that point we picked out cabinets, etc. The work was completed earlier than expected and the result is amazing. If you haven't looked at the pictures, you really need to :) :) - you will understand how dedicated they are to creating a pleasant, warm environment. We would highly recommend Morgan Building for any renovations that you may into words!!!have in mind.

I couldn't be happier with the work they did! They are on time, the work is perfect, and I love the end result!
