Description of Work: Fortunately I didn't get to use the Marty Mows services. They were not responsive to several requests for a bid on fall clean-up services. I explained that they were highly recommended and were actively working on yards in my neighborhood. I also explained that I was anxious to line someone up to do fall maintenance on my property because we were going to be moving. |The receptionist took my info and said that someone would get back to me. After several calls, I got no return call to set up an estimate appointment. |My experience with these kinds of non-responsive companies is usually a blessing. If they can't be relied on to call you back, they can't be relied on to perform the work.

+ -1 moreFrom start to finish the work was professionally done throughout. I trusted their experience in which plants to trim, and just how much to be trimmed, and was glad I did. They knew exactly what to do to add a balance of beauty and proportion. Because of their work both gardens (front and back) will require very little, if any, maintenance on my part. Being disabled, this is a wonderful way to ensure a beautiful landscape without injuring myself in the process. It also enables me to add small plantings if I choose to.They are a wonderful company to work with. I am very grateful.

+ -1 moreThe office does not communicate with the lawn teams. They cut my grass during a dryspell despite having an agreement with them that they would not. They showed up at non-scheduled hours. They charged my credit card for $500 for a payment that was less than a week overdue without contacting me. They deemed me a bad customer therefore charged my card for that month and the next as security and did so without permission.
Description of Work: I used for lawn mowing a edging.

+ -1 moreI have no problem with the actual lawn services, but the office personnel can be flighty. It took three phone calls before they figured out that they have our credit card on file, and we received two late notices before that problem was fixed.
Description of Work: We get our lawn mowed and edged weekly, starting in April of 2011.

+ -1 moreThey arrived on that Saturday morning and began work. They were professional and quick. We could not believe the service! When we looked at our yard, it was if we moved into a new address! Although, they re-scheduled, when they arrived they went strait to work, and did a wonderful job!

+ -1 moreTHE WORKERS ARE GREAT! IF YOU DO NOT LIKE THE WAY THE LAWN IS CUT, THEY WILL CUT IT IN THE MANNER THAT YOU WISH. A SENIOR SUPERVISOR COMES OUT ON SURPRISED VISITS TO MONITOR THE WORK OF THE WORKER. THE MAIN OFFICE IS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL WHEN YOU CALL.
