Very professional, from estimate to clean up after installation. Excellent communication and site visit with Mr. Mike Shin. I was very pleased with the person who removed the old shutters and installed the new ones. He was friendly, very precise and finished the job a lot faster than I had expected and cleaned up all of the debris from the old rotted shutters. I would definately recommend this company and will use them again.

From the initial contact and consultation with Mike Shin, the customer service is unsurpassed, which is something that is oftentimes taken for granted in business these days. The expert attention given to analyzing the scope of the project, contract details, and courteous, timely responses to email queries made it a great pleasure to conduct business. And if those pleasantries were not enough, Mike went above and beyond the call to arrange an appointment in light of the tenuous storm damage--in the midst of very high demands for their services! Lastly, the HomeMatters "crew" showed-up promptly as scheduled, completing the job neatly and expeditiously! They even upgraded some of the construction specifics--and in addition to the major roofing/siding project, took care of some aesthetic siding details to my home. There is no doubt that this team is comprised of master craftsmen, who clearly take great pride in their work. The job was beautifully done! Simply beautiful, and Mike was even kind enough to send photos when the job was completed. I can hardly wait to do business with the Home Matters team in the future! My experience with Home Matters was great! Mr. Mike Shin was very professional and constantly kept in contact with me regarding my siding job repair (which is very important to me). The project took a little longer than expected because of the rain (which was of course out of his hands) but as soon as we got a little break in the weather the crew came out and completed the job. The crew was very professional and did an excellent job with the siding repair and answered any questions I had. I am very very pleased with the work that was done and would definitely hire Home Matters LLC again and now look forward to working with them in the future.

The crew showed up on time and were very friendly. They worked til noon, took lunch on the premises and then finished the job well before the end of the day. I was extremely happy with the work this company performed when inspected upon completion. They were very detail oriented and precise. They worked quietly and efficiently even sweeping the debris from the porch steps and side walk. Extremely satisfied.

Mike, the estimator was very nice and easy to work with. They changed how the repair was done and it was less expensive at the end since they didn't use certain item so we paid less than quoted. Very honest!!

They seemed to have alot of knowledge about home repair and were also very informative about preventing future repairs. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need or put any pressure on me to do other work.
