Mike was very reasonable and accommodating.

Mike came out to give us an estimate and was helpful and engaged every step of the way. He went back and forth with me no matter how many questions I asked (A LOT) and was always available. When we finally made the decision to go with Home Matters and got on their schedule, the team got out to our house very quickly and were done sooner than they had estimated. I highly recommend Home Matters and we will use them for any other exterior projects that might come up in the future.

Made app. with Mike Shin for 11:00 am. He showed up at 11:00 am. On time for and estimate. On time for me is a big plus for the company.Real nice guy someone you can talk to Told me the job could be done in a week. He call me 4 days later said his crew would be here Tuesday They came and did great job

Mike Shin called, came over, and gave me an estimate on the spot. No haggling needed, because his price beat all the previous estimates. A portion of the trim at the peek of my house had been ripped off by heavy winds, and then came the rain! I found HomeMatters on this website, and was scheduled for repairs within 2 days! They give very personable service. They were flexible in timing my project since I was having my roof replaced as part of a larger project. I appreciated his honesty as I made material selections as well.

Mike was great. He was willing work with you with pricing and time. It took a little longer, but they wanted to make sure things were done right. I had them replace my gutters, trims and facia boards. I definitely recommend them to people looking for exterior remodeling and repairs. I will be hiring them again for different projects.

Mike provided various siding samples for me to review. I was uncertain with my selection of color. However, Mike left the samples and patiently waited for my decision. The install crew was excellent and I'm absolutely happy with the color and the overall experience. Excellent customer service from beginning to end!!! I will definitely use for future needs.
