Great Customer Service is very important to me!!! I was TOTALLY SATISFIED with Home Matters' Customer Service, and the work performed exceeded my expectation! I would Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for Exterior Repairs to their home!

We were having a major leak in our Bay Window in the Kitchen. This family owned and operated company is just outstanding. Whenever I had a question or two, Mike was 'Johnny on the spot' to answer it and to make sure that all work was done to our satisfaction. Don't think you would go wrong at all with this great company.

They have great customer service, Mike is a great guy, very friendly, no pressure, given all the necessary information to make my decision. I felt like they were little pricier than I wanted to go with, but they backed their work with 10 year warranty in writing, so I think it is worth it for me. Thanks

They were a bit pricier than I wanted to go but I feel that I got the quality work needed for the price I paid. I don't expect to worry about any problems from their work. They take pride in their work and is shows. Good customer service and updates on progress. Job was completed in one day. Mike answered any questions that I had regarding my house not just the project.

From my initial contact to the final billing, HomeMatters exhibited professionalism, craftsmanship, and respect for the client (me). Jay Shin installed the replacement siding at the scheduled time and without any complications. Mike Shin is an excellent spokesman for the company. We had a new roof, new gutters, and gutter caps put on. We're experiencing leaks at the gutter seams. The work was done by 3 different teams (subcontractors). The owner came out to investigate the leaks and insists that water is running 'over' the roof and then down the gutters at the corners. We disagree. We didn't have leaks at the seams with the old gutters. Consequently, we question how well the work was done. We're going to get a roof inspector to come and take a look at the work. If the inspection is okay, we'll up our rating.

The quality of the work was excellent, it's clear that HomeMatters is a company that goes out of its way to make sure the customer is satisfied at the end of the job, and I appreciate the care that Mike took in explaining what was involved in the job to me. I would absolutely hire HomeMatters again.

This was by far the most wonderful experience I've ever had considering like experiences. From the 1st call from Mike, to all follow-up calls, to the assessment, to the workmanship execution & beyond, it was impeccable. My previous like experiences have left me petrified even thinking of making a call to assess what might be the matter.
