The proposed/estimated repair plan could not be done due to other problems found with the original installation done by another company. HomeMatters LLC adjusted their plan and completed the job correctly. They did a very good and professional job.

Mike Shin was very professional and pleasant. He was very knowledgeable about vinyl siding, answered my all my questions, took accurate measurements and fully discussed all options available to me. Mike was courteous and never overbearing, pushy or brash as some contractors can be to persuade the homeowner to get the sale. He promptly provided a work estimate and once I agreed to have the work done, he promptly scheduled the job. He was even able to schedule and complete the work prior to the estimated date provided! I am extremely pleased with the quality of work performed; the siding boards replaced were a perfect match! I am unable to see any variances between the existing siding and new siding panels. His follow-up and customer service is impeccable. I would highly recommend Home Matters Remodeling; ask for Mike Chin.

Extremely professional work from the sales call to the actual install. This was just a repair but we plan on having them do an entire roof on a three car garage and gutters for the house. When I got home, I couldn't even tell that they had been there. Everything was totally cleaned up and looked great.

Mike came out within 1 day and did an assessment of what repairs were needed for my roof and gave me a written estimate. This estimate was very reasonable. Jose completed the work and was very quick and professional. This included before and after pictures of everything done. I highly recommend this company. They are very reliable, efficient, and customer service oriented. I will definitely be using them again!!! I was no doubt pleased with their work. Thanks again Mike!

Very responsive service. Crew was knowledgeable, capable and efficient. Did all work in professional manner and cleaned up fully including "Magnetic Sweep" to get all nails and staples up from lawn (important as you don't want your mower launching any nails left in the grass). Price was fair all things considered. Mike at Home Matters provided the lowest quote and although expensive, it was one of those small nuisance jobs that are inherently expensive and which several other local contractors weren't interested in taking on. Mike Shin was prompt and courteous and performed the repair while I was out of town. He kept me up to date with both emails and pictures and provided good advice for possible future siding problems.

Very impressive customer relations. They showed up when they said they would, the job was completed when they said it would be and they cleaned up all the construction mess when they were finished.
