I am reluctantly posting a poor rating to warn buyers. This company can beat everyone in price but the old adage, "you get what you pay for" rings true here. It has been one year since the initial installation-- a fully renovated kitchen with cabinets and granite. During the initial install cabinets were missing. Had I not been on sight the entire kitchen layout would have been installed with missing cabinets. They also forgot the crown molding and it took a few months for me to realize it was missing. They honored the install but I had to push. Bringing things to present day and the reason for my rating. Within the first few months of install at least two cabinet doors were damaged due to warping and paint chipping. The granite also had to be re-sanded around the sink due to chipping. Now, one year later the same doors are beginning to have the same issues in addition to several others. One cabinet is at the sink, they literally said it can't get wet. That makes no sense. This is a kitchen and the cabinet is literally at the sink. The cabinets are defective and not made to withstand any normal wear and tear and absolutely no water. At this point HL Granite will not honor the warranty and is asking me to pay half for new doors-- there are now NINE doors with issues. I will update this post when/if this is reconciled.

The professionalism started in the office when we placed our order; service was friendly, professional and very good. Sandy took her time with us and was very patient and had good suggestions.
The workers who did the job kept the area clean (well as clean as you can expect with this type of job) and they were very efficient. The guys worked very hard and didn't even take a break...unheard of these days. Very good work ethic.
I would not only use this company again, I would highly recommend anyone looking for granite counter tops to check  this company out. The selection of product is good, the pricing is reasonable and the service is Excellent.

They did a great job.  They were very fast and the counter looked beautiful.  They were about 15 minutes late and didn't call, but it was fine.  They showed up and got the job done very quickly.  The workers are Chinese and don't speak English, but you can communicate with them using non verbal cues.  The woman who runs the showroom is very friendly and professional.  She'll go out of her way to make sure you get the countertops and cabinets that work best for you at the best price.  She'll also call and interpret anything the workers needed to tell you.  They even gave us a sink for free!  Highly recommended.

I had looked at several other Granite installers and one was over $1000.00 more for the same granite. Anyway, Grace the sales person I worked with was very accommodating and patient as selecting the granite color and pattern was a bit overwhelming. She provided many samples that I could take home and look at in our kitchen. Once we had selected our pattern they obtained the raw piece and had us come by to look at it and approve it. They came on the agreed day and very professionally removed the old counters and replaced with the new one, including a new and quot;underand quot; sink. They also installed my new garbage disposal and kitchen faucet assembly. There was an additional $30.00 charge for some plumbing fittings, but we knew there would be some charge for that. They were careful to clean up and left the place spic and span. I was very satisfied with the result.
There is one slight issue. The owners and most of the employees of the company are Asian, and unfortunately, most of the installers speak very little English. It was not really an issue for me, and Grace was available by phone for any significant miscommunication. But all went well and I would recommend these people and I would use them again if I needed them.

They did a great job. With the problem I had with the faucet, they came right over that night and found that there was a piece of glass or metal that was caught in the bottom line, and they fixed it right away. The problem is they don't speak English, the lady that works in their store speaks English but the workers are Chinese so there was a little discrepancy in communicating but they did a good job. They were fast, they were neat and they were the best priced of the few companies I called, the others were like a thousand dollars to two thousand dollars higher.
