Description of Work: Installed HVAC system (inside and outside units) and moved outside unit to the side of house (requiring new line in crawl space). Team was punctual, professional, and took time to explain what they were doing. Plan to use them for other services as well.

Description of Work: Install of Trane XL16i ; heat pump and air handler.Austin was an excellent technician, very neat & cleaned up as he was working. I was very impressed. He also setup my new smart thermostat.Also very pleased with the price.

Description of Work: Replaced our air conditioning unit. They were punctual and professional and respectful. They did an excellent job. I will recommend them to anyone and will hire them again.

Description of Work: I have used this company exclusively since 2008. I have used them for emergencies and for general issues, including replacement of our heating/cooling unit. They have always arrived on time, and very quickly in the case of an emergency, and cleaned up appropriately afterwards. I feel their pricing is fair. They definitely stand behind their work.

Description of Work: Technicians arrived at scheduled time (3/20/13) to assess problem with gas furnace. After checking unit found burners need to be replaced and possible cracked heat exchanger. I called later that day for an estimate and spoke to Phillip ( service manager) - he explained the costs to replace defective parts vs replace entire furnace. Tried to reach Phillip on 3/21 to request a written proposal. No response. Called 3/22 to speak to Phillip - was told he is out of the office until 3/25. Office staff attempted to answer my questions and promised to forward a written proposal on 3/22, unfortunately, I want no further dealings with this company. Did not provide written proposal. Poor customer service. Poor customer followup Did not return phone calls

Description of Work: Our a/c & furnace went out last summer. I called Grove Heating & Cooling and they sent someone out right away. Their technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me many possibilities to fix or replace the existing unit. I did some research, and decided to replace my unit. Grove came out right away and installed a new Trane unit within a couple of days. We have not had a problem ever since. Our electric bills have decreased substantially, just like the technician said . They have been out a few times since, just to do a periodic maintenance at no charge. There have been no problems with the unit. Everyone in the house is kept warm in the winter and cool in the summer. I would highly recommend Grove Heating and Cooling to anyone who is need of a new air conditioner and/ or furnace.

Description of Work: I received a prompt response to need diagnostics on a broken water heater. The technician was knowledgeable, prompt and professional. Ultimately I found a lower cost provider. I would still call them for estimates in the future

Description of Work: I realized about 5PM on Friday that my air conditioner was not working. I called Grove and was told the relief technician would call me. He called within 1/2 hour and was at my house in ~45 minutes. He quickly identifed the issue, fixed it within an hour. As the temperature was close to 100 degrees today & expected it to be a high tomorrow, I really appreciate thweir repsonsiveness. Thanks!
