Service was good overall. A very knowledgeable field service rep. spent a lot of time looking at the lawn and explaining their services. Actually application fell a bit short though, as I had specifically asked if the fertilizer granuals would be swept or blown onto the lawn from the road, driveway and sidewalk. This is to help prevent runoff of fertilizer into the watershed. At least on the driveway (asphalt) this was not done and the granuals were partially disolved and difficult for me to blow off. I was unable to check the adjacent road and sidewalk as it was too dark after finishing the driveway. The following day it rained about 1.5 inches.

Looked over possible companies to provide treatment for our lawn. We were most impressed with this company. Their fees are very reasonable. Lawn looks great, and they provide excellent notice, and allow for our input.

We have a new lawn that was struggling, so we called this company. They always return our calls, even within a few hours, which is unusual for a company. The technicians are polite and do their job quickly.

They are very proactive in fixing issues that you might have with your lawn.

I ordered service for lawn fertilization. I received an estimate the same afternoon, and service within one week. I have since opted to receive the fall irrigation and seeding service which is performed each fall. The service and communication was outstanding. There was a significant difference in the health of my lawn within a few weeks of the initial treatment.

I enjoyed doing business with Lawnscape. They answered all my questions. They also appear to be very knowledgeable about the products they use. Also, they are very responsive; they were out to service my lawn the same week I signed the contract.

I had a good experience with Lawnscapes. They always call and let us know they are coming. We receive follow up calls. They will leave the bill with a description of service.

THE LAWN LOOKS BETTER THAN IF I TRIED TAKING CARE OF IT. THEY HAVE THE SCHEDULE FOR THE YEAR, PLUS YOU CAN HAVE ADDITIONAL SERVICES IF YOU NEED THEM. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING COMPLETELY BEFORE WE SIGNED UP.

I REALLY LOVE THIS COMPANY. THEY CAME OUT PROMPTLY WHEN I REQUESTED AN ESTIMATE. IT WAS CLEARLY WRITTEN. I DO NOT FEEL LIKE THEY ARE HIGH PRESSURE SALES PEOPLE, AND THEY TAKE THE TIME TO ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS.

THIS COMPANY DOES AN EXCELLENT JOB MAINTAINING THE YARD WITH CRABGRASS CONTROL, SLOW-RELEASE FERTILIZATION, SPECIAL FERTILIZATION FOR SUMMER MONTHS, GRUB AND INSECT CONTROL, AERATION,SEEDING AND DETHATCHING IN THE FALL. THE COMPANY ALWAYS LEAVES A WRITTEN EVALUATION OF YOUR LAWN AFTER TREATMENT. THEY COME ON A REGULAR SCHEDULE AND QUITE THE PROFESSIONALS.

LAWNSCAPE ETC., INC CAME ON TIME AND PROVIDED A QUALITY ESTIMATE TO KILL CERTAIN TYPES OF GRASS AND THEN RE-SEED TO MAKE THE ENTIRE GRASS PLANTS CONSISTENT. I ACCEPTED THE ESTIMATE AND THEY WENT RIGHT TO WORK AND WITHIN A COUPLE OF WEEKS MY LAWN WAS MUCH HEALTHIER AND LOOKED GREAT. THEY CONTINUE TO CARE FOR MY LAWN AND THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE.
