Although my home was cross country, their high-tech approach to property management never left me with any concerns. Description of Work: We contacted Sherri from a referral to discuss the possibility of DEMCO being the property manager of our 2 bedroom, 2 bath single family home. Sherri was very responsive and very knowledgeable about the landlord/tenant process and legal requirements. DEMCO has been our management company for more than 2 years now. We believe Sherri and her team work hard to ensure that landlords and tenants are treated fairly and professionally, and are pleased with the outcomes of our contacts with them.
