Description of Work: Danny's pools have open and closed my pool for 16 years. They were suppose to get back with a quote on replacing pool tile and did not. The change in employees did not help.

We recognize your frustration and are aware an estimate is due to you, however, we were unaware of the urgency of the tile repair. We value you as a loyal long time customer and just would hope that 16 years of great work without any complaints wouldn't be overshadowed by one tardy estimate. If you are still interested, I can have the estimate emailed to you as soon as possible at a discounted rate and get you on the schedule if you would like to move forward with the work. I have used Daddy's pool and spa for chemicals. They are always very helpful. They have nearly everything needed for pools and spa's. The last time I was there I asked about what I needed for a pool and I was told I didnt need what I was about buy. To me being honest and straight forward Keeps me coming back.
Description of Work: Danny's were very helpful in suggesting What I need to buy. I was also informed by staff that they did work on spa's.

I used Danny's Pool. I used them last season and they will be here next Wednesday. Normally, I guess they do work all year, but we use them in April or May and then around December. I think they charged us $500. We had some extra things done to our pool. The employees are very knowledgeable. I think they are reasonably priced, honest.

Quality of work is great and very dependable. I have been using this company for many years. I would recommend this company. I have had no problems with freezing pipes in the winter.
Description of Work: Danny's pool services opens and closes the swimming pool. They also analyze pool water and sell the needed chemicals.
