Corner to Corner Cleaning

I've been using Corner to Corner for many years. Brenda and all her staff are super friendly, helpful and professional. My house is always in tip top shape after they visit. They always show up on the appointed day and do a great job. LOVE them!

They are very prompt and pay attention to detail on the cleaning. They have a good price and do a very good job.

They first came out to do a deep clean and then have been coming out weekly since. They are always very thorough. They really are lovely ladies! Brenda, the owner, is also very proffessional and obliging (with the odd time of changing my cleaning day). I love too that they use environmentally friendly products that will not harm my pets or us. This is very important to me.

They do a good job. Trustworthy and reliable. They manage to work around my dog with no issues.

Before the job was done, the Corner to Corner rep came and looked over the house and went through each space to note what needed to be done and explain how the job would be done. She was very thorough and professional. The cleaning crew did a great job, arriving promptly and providing exactly what was agreed upon. This was a home that had not had a thorough cleaning in some time and so it was a challenge. But when they were finished, the home looked great.

The estimate was unbelievably professional and thorough. Scheduling for her meeting with us was perfect. She offered services such as stripping tile that I had never been offered by a cleaning company before.

Corner to Corner did an excellent job! Unsupervised by me at the time of cleaning, they came in and cleaned the condo from top to bottom so that it would be ready to rent. Brenda was a delight to work with and most accommodating. I highly recommend them!

We are called the Friday before each of our Tuesday cleanings to remind us. For the most part, the staff has been thorough, and the one time we had a 'major' problem, they had someone out to remedy it the same day. The owner is very responsive to any phone contacts and is easy to work with if you need to change a date or ask for a special service. Although we're not thrilled that the same crew doesn't come every time (sometimes two people, sometimes three), they do keep a binder on each client that describes what rooms we want cleaned first, how we want the bed made, which cleaning products will be used on each surface, even how to disassemble our somewhat unusual stove to clean under the burners. It's great at the end of their visit to have a sparkling house.

We've been with Corner to Corner for several years now, and in the only time we had a complaint, a supervisor was out the same day to take care of the problem. They're prompt, professional, trustworthy. I would recommend to anyone.

Our house has four Labrador Retrievers and four cats, so you can imagine how dirty it can get. I couldn't be more pleased and am definitely going to use again. The only regret was having the party, since that messed the place up again, ha ha. But the deep cleaning Corner to Corner performed is still visible at this date (2/24/14). I am 100% satisfied and highly recommend.

The house looked amazing and smelled cleaned...not a chemically smell just clean. They used all natural cleaners and left everything amazing. They were responsive and worked with us easily in such a short time frame. I recommend them to anyone!

This is the most professional home cleaning service I have ever known!! They go out of their way to meet my needs. I try not to change days because they have many people in their schedule. However, if I have a cleaning emergency, they do every thing possible to make it work for me, the customer. When I first contacted them, we set a date for an estimate. Brenda Cressman arrived on time, with a smile, and lots of enthusiasm. More importantly, she reviewed my home from top to bottom with the and quot;eyeand quot; of a professional.... going over the specifics of what products they would use and how they would clean each surface of every room. She got back to me within 24 hours with an estimate and detailed analysis of their cleaning protocol for my specific house. A team of two ladies were assigned to my home, and they show up every time with a copy of the paper work outlining the instructions for my house. This is a true cleaning and quot;businessand quot;... with high standards for their employees and guidelines for their work. The cleaners take full responsibility for their job in my home and work with a courteous seriousness. It is just so nice to have a reliable service provider that remains consistent every time they walk in the door. I am so happy with this company and am delighted to recommend them to any one!

The interview was very professional. They called me back the same day to inform me that they did not think their service was a good fit for our needs. The place of service is quite large and I really appreciated their ability to recognize and admit that so no one's time was wasted.

It was very easy to make an appointment, they showed up on time, gave an overview and an estimate. The day that they came, a few of the girls were ill so the supervisors came in to fill the positions. Everything went excellent.

She sent an email confirming the appointment date and sent more information about the company. She came promptly at ten. She walked through the home and is sending me an estimate today. They are very environmentally conscious. She is very honest and open. She reminded me not to leave anything valuable around. I could not ask for more. I then hired them to do the work.

I contacted the provider by email but never received any response at all. Very disappointing.

This company provided me an in home estimate which was slightly lower than the actual cost. However, they did a and quot;deep cleaningand quot; and did it well. Actually, they did everything they said they would do at the time of the initial estimate--they did miss a few little things but given the scope of their service, that was understandable. Two ladies arrived within the 2 hr. time frame quoted. They spent a total of 4 hrs here but did leave at one point to and quot;replenish their cleaners.and quot;

The Initial/deep cleaning was extremely thorough and very well done. The company is very professional, prompt and personal. Brenda came to my home and went through each room with me explaining what services would be performed and what cleaners would be used, taking note of what surfaces may need special care. On cleaning day the crew arrived exactly when they said they would and with a detailed work order of my home. The crew assigned to us was extremely friendly and courteous. They did a fantastic and thorough cleaning job - even cleaning places (like recessed light fixtures and ceiling fans) my prior cleaning service consistently overlooked. Very pleased with the services performed. Thank you!

I have been pleased with Corner to Corner's service right from the start. Brenda came out to give me an estimate. She was very professional and knowledgeable. The first service was great - my house was pretty clean so I didn't need a thorough clean down. The bi-weekly service has been fantastic. My house shines. I am THRILLED with their service.

Brenda's team is great! I initially had them in a few weeks ago to do a deep/initial cleaning to get ready for some guests and they did a fabulous job (that cleaning was $275). They did such a good job that I had signed up for monthly service. I have had some pretty terrible housekeeping experiences in the past and consider myself to be picky (for example, I will run my finger across high surfaces to make sure they were dusted) but I am very pleased with the service by corner-to-corner. I also appreciated how responsive they have been to my requests such as taking extra care with window cleaning since I have a small child who loves to put his hands all over them. I can see why they have such good reviews...they are well deserved!

Brenda was extremely accomodating and her crew did a great job! Being an extreme procrastinator, I didn't contact Brenda until less than a week before our lease expired and the apartment was still absolutely disgusting, and on top of that, my wife and I had to work the entire week so we couldn't meet with anyone. But Brenda was great, we just left the apartment unlocked (it was empty) and she had someone come down for an estimate just a few days after I called, and they started the cleaning on the same day. The place was so disgusting that it took them two days to clean it, but they only charged $235 which I thought was extremely reasonable. They also found a picture in the apartment and saved it for us instead of just throwing it away. After they were done my wife went down to the apartment and she said that the apartment looked like new! And when I say it was disgusting before, I am not kidding, it was gross! I would definitely hire Corner to Corner again, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs cleaning! Finally...I wanted to say that Brenda was extremely communicative through the entire process, sending me an email whenever any new development in the service came up. I never felt like I was being ignored or wondered what was going on which I feel is very important.

They are outstanding. They are terrific; they are very good. They are always responsive and always on time. They do precisely what they should do and they never leave a mess. They are really good and we love them. We have a standing agreement with them so we will continue to use them.

They are just very thorough and consistent. I've been using them now for about 6 months. They seem very dependable and that counts. They take their time to clean. They are not so frowsy. They make sure they are meeting all the specifications that we agreed to. They are just great help.

Brenda Cressman contacted me shortly after i called for an estimate. She came out the next day at a time that was best for my schedule and she gave me a thorough rundown of everything that would be done in each room as well as the type of cleaners that would be used. She addressed all of my questions and even gave me some tips on cleaning products and hard wood floors. Within 24 hours, Brenda had sent me an estimate and her crews availability. She took care of all of the details and her crew showed up as scheduled and did a fabulous job. I was not there at the time of the cleaning, but my real estate agent was and she said that the crew was very hard working and professional. Brenda had a receipt to me within the next day. I was SUPER pleased with the service from beginning to end. Very professional, very trusting and very accommodating.
