+ -1 moreWe had them out for a quote and it went well. This was during COVID so they wore masks the entire time, which we appreciated. We got quotes from 3 companies and ClimateCare was the least expensive by $5000, significantly lower than the other two who came in at nearly the same price. We asked for a itemized quote in order to better compare as we've been burned before by going with a quote that noticeably below average. After 3 reminders, we never received an itemized quote. Responsiveness is something we take into account when selecting a contractor. So we opted for a competitor.

+ -1 moreThe service representation, Steve, was unfailingly polite and efficient. He took me through the process with as much detail as this PoliSci major could understand. The proposal was detailed and well laid out. Excellent maintenance package. The only reason we did not go with this company is they proposed a Trane system, and we eventually decided to stay with a Lennox system from another highly regarded company.
