Description of Work: They helped me hook up a super big and complicated TV/sound system when I moved to the area. Neat, professional and responsive. Seemed like try could've been more creative. I have a shelf under my TV- and instead of unscrewing it and threading the wires behind it, the rep laid the wires along the shelf. The shelf has a lip, so you the effect was the same, but it seemed very 'shortcutty'. The rep did suggest that I get a Blue Ray player- easier to hook up in future and all. So I went to Best Buy for a Blue ray player and found out I could get Chrometastic ( or something like that- chromeovision?) to plug into mytv and operate from a smart phone for $30, so it was cheaper than a blue ray player. The company was nice and professional, though. No complaints.

Description of Work: I I-chatted with one of the customer service people concerning my son's computer. He was very helpful and was ready to schedule a pick-up right then and there! My son was able to repair the laptop himself or we would have had them evaluate the problem. Very professional and ready to help!
