Catherine Hamel

I was doing a local move. I was living in Bowie, MD and I wanted to stay in the general area. We explained what our needs were and she was a very good listener. She said that in our area there wasn't a home style in that price range, but she had another style home that she thought would meet our needs. We ended up purchasing the style home she suggested. This particular style that Catherine recommended to us there were very little on the market. It took a year and half to find the house that we wanted in the right style and close on it. Catherine continued to keep in touch with us to let us know that she was still looking. She stuck with us long term and everytime she showed us a house she was always on time, punctual, had good ideas and helpful feedback. I can't imagine a better pick for a realtor. I hope that she's still in business when we go to move the next time. As far as selling our old house, she had excellent ideas about what we reasonably needed to do. She walked us through every step. She wasn't pushy but very available and very willing to work with us if ever we initiated a need. She was very knowledgable about reasonable prices to put on our house and what we should offer on our new house. That went very smoothly too. If I was allowed to give A pluses, I would give them for every category.
