Description of Work: I have a GE gas stove. The module which controls the stove failed. So I called Belair Appliance who ordered the part but that part did not operate. Within a week the second part was obtained and installed. So far it is working.

 + -1 moreThe washer has a broken timer which they've repaired once before (years ago); he repaired it again. He warned me that it's on its last legs now, so he's checking into a replacement timer for me when the time comes, but meanwhile he's got it working again (it's an 11 year-old washer). Appliance repair is one area where I have no stress: I just call Belair and I can count on them to show up when they say they will and do a good, honest job.

 + -1 moreThis company was excellent. The door to our fairly new gas range was broken during a move. It would not lock and, therefore, we could not operate the self clean. Sears came out three times, but was unable to fix the problem because all the technicians did was order a part twice that was not the right part. I called Belair and scheduled an appointment. On the scheduled day at the appointed time, the technician (Chris) showed up. He looked at the range and fixed it within ten minutes determining that the latch was just bent and did not need to be replaced. He straightened it out and tested it to ensure that the latch worked.

Description of Work: MY OVEN WAS NOT WORKING. THE TEMPERATURE COULD BE SET AT 350 DEGREES AND THE FOOD WOULD NOT COOK IN THE ALLOTTED TIME.
