Arundel Technologies

My laptop wouldn't boot up. It couldn't correct itself. It couldn't be started in safe mode. All options generated by the computer failed. The only thing it would do was try to restart itself...and it never could. I and my laptop were stuck in a viscious cycle of frustration. Before I found Arundel Technologies I tried a remote service....big fail. Then I saw Arundel Technologies' reviews and decided to give it a try. I really really wanted my files back. (like many I didn't back them up as often as I should.) So I called Arundel Technologies (Chris). He was based one town over. He came to my house THAT NIGHT and picked up the laptop at 7:30 pm. Then, he called me later that night with an update on the status. He let me know he was able to retrieve my files (Big Big Big Relief!!!!! ) and copied them to a thumb drive. He then went on to do some technical things so my computer would work reliably again. He explained it to me but I couldn't tell you what it meant other than it is working now. Then he delivered the laptop and the back-up files on to my house at 6:30 pm the following day! What??? :) Tallk about exceeding my expectations!!!! In any case, Chris (Arundel Technologies) is a definite ALL STAR!!!!!!! I would definitely recommend him/Arundel technologies!!!!! This was a "10" experience on a 5-point scale.

Chris picked up the computer and delivered it back to us within two days. Excellent work, would recommend. Thought that his price was Reasonable.

After some frustrating experiences in trying to get someone reliable to come to our house for computer repair, I finally came across Arundel Technologies on Angie's List and was delighted to see that they were actually a local company and that they provided in-home service on evenings and weekends so that I didn't have to miss work. I dealt with the owner, Chris, who showed up on time, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and accomplished everything we needed done - all at a very reasonable price. In addition, he personally followed up a few days later to make sure everything was working properly and to see if we had any further questions. A great experience, and I would highly recommend the company.

Chris was very responsive. He completed his work in under an hour and was extremely professional.
