They have really good customer service. They came out and explained in detail everything they would be doing. The project was completed on time in 2 days. I would recommend this company to others.

We called to advise them. On the first appointment they canceled the same day they were supposed to come. On the second appointment, the representative did not show up at all. When they finally did come, the representative's English was poor and very difficult to understand. He told me it was our problem and to get a humidifier. They had a follow up call from their quality control department. We told them we had a horrible experience with their company. We've not heard anything from them since. We are now turning this over to our lawyer.

Excellent. Rep showed up on time for estimate, and explained the process thoroughly. Work went exactly as explained and only took one day (they had said 1-2 days). We were getting water in our basement with even light rain before. We have had some very heavy downpours and periods of rain for several days in a row, since the work was completed and our basement is dry as a bone. We were very, very satisfied.

The salesman came here on New Year's Day. He gave us the option of fixing the problem area, or replacing drain pipes for the whole basement (which would result in a lifetime guarantee.) He recommended that they start as soon as possible, before we got hit by rain or snow. He thought that part of the floor raised as a result of hydrostatic pressure, but during the job we learned it was just an uneven floor. They started the job two days later and completed it in two days. They worked fast and very professionally. The job is very high quality. Though it was a bigger, more expensive job than we expected, we are happy that we had this done. The guarantee gives us peace of mind. We were also impressed that they cleaned up after themselves so well.

Outstanding experience. We met with three companies before choosing Basement Doctor - and it was the right decision. Their description of what to expect was extremely accurate (how long it would take, what it would look like when it was done). They took extra steps to make sure clean-up was minimal (asked us to turn off the heating unit's fan so dust from the concrete wouldn't carry through the house, put up plastic sheeting to minimize the spread of the dust). The crew arrived and finished when they said they would - and did an excellent job of cleaning up. When installing the pipe to pump the water back to the outside, the foreman took extra time to determine the most inconspicuous way to install it - and to tap it into the existing drain pipe system (you'd have to know to look for it to even know it's there). All in all, an excellent job - have recommended them to other people.

A large professional crew completed the work in one day. Owner of company inspected the work at the end of the day. System has worked perfectly for the past two months. Has not required any follow-up service since installation.
