This was a warranty repair of a brand new Samsung refrigerator. Samsung contacted AIV Elite, and when AIV Elite contacted me,. I told them of the specifics needed for the repair. They pre-ordered the parts, and brought them on the service call, so the repair was completed quickly and completely.

Poorly. Zach (the first technician) came out to diagnose the problem ($120 for the call) and confirmed it was the motor. He stated that a new motor and gasket kit would need to be assembled and gave me a cost for the parts. He was extremely defensive and uncooperative when I pointed out the motor should be covered at no cost due to the warranty and stated that I would have to call LG and work things out with them myself. When I noted that as an authorized repair service provider I had been told that all they needed to do was to diagnose the issue and put in for the part I was told that they say things all the time and if I didn't get it recorded it was a he-said she-said situation. I contacted LG the next day and they contacted AIV elite to resolve this situation as I should not have to be involved in any claims since they were an authorized repair dealer. I followed up a few days later and found out that the gasket part was not included in the warrenty but no one bothered to call me about this. I insisted another tech be sent out and talked with a manager receiving only a half-hearted apology and they'd talk to the original tech. Second technician came out, fixed the motor ($120 + $60ish for the parts) but did not secure the dishwasher. Pulling the door open would cause the whole unit to slide out. Called AIV elite, technician was sent out again a few days later and secured the dishwasher by raising the feet beneath to 'wedge' it in. When asked why this wasn't done when we was first out he admitted that he found the unit loose (logical since it had to be pulled out for diagnosis) and didn't install them so he didn't know how it was secured. He did know about the feet but not if there was a securing bolt or other method of securement. This from an authorized repair outfit? Needless to say I am less than pleased at the poor service of the technicians and can't recommend this company for any repairs.
Description of Work: LG dishwasher stopped working properly. Based on the error code and my own diagnosis it appeared to be the motor (later confirmed by the technician). Motor was still under LG 10 year warranty (confirmed by call to LG before calling for repair service) and I called upon one of the authorized service providers they listed in the area.
