We contracted ACE Remodeling to tear down our 35 year old deck and replace it with an improved and expanded new deck with two new stairways. This was one of their larger deck replacements and they did a terrific job. Everything we asked for was done very well. We couldn't be happier. Eric did the measurements and Jim. the lead carpenter was instrumental in achieving our goal of a deck that we'd be proud to have and enjoy for many years The work crew helped get this job get done quite well. My roof was damaged in a storm and needed replacement. As i have never had to deal with any large repair like this it waw intimidating.. Eric helped me through this process and m'y roof and gutters are beautiful!. It has made an incredible improvement in the appearance of the house. And when they are finished, their cleanup has the area around thà © house cleaned. It has been a good experience working with Ace.

During a windstorm with extremely strong winds, my home sustained damage to the one side of the structure. I obtained 3 estimates to repair the damage. AHI provided a reasonable estimate and had stellar ratings. I ultimately contracted Ace Home Improvements (AHI) to repair the damage. Ace completed the work in 3 days, which is the time frame estimated. The finished product was seamless. My house looks brand new. Eric was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive. After the work was completed, he came by to personally inspect the finished product and make sure that I was completely satisfied with the work his company provided. I was extremely impressed. I plan to hire Ace for projects I have on my to do list. I would refer Ace to anyone looking to have a quality job done at a reasonable price.

Having to put a new roof on a home can be a stressful experience. Ace Home Improvements made it as painless a process as possible; they did a terrific job for us. Eric was knowledgeable & patient when answering our questions. He provided us with a fair price and a thorough quote, which included product quality & warranty information as well. The work crew were polite, professional, tidy, expedient and diligent. We felt confident in the quality of work they performed; they worked impressively as one well oiled machine. We are very satisfied in our choice of both contractor & roofing materials. We have received multiple compliments from our neighbors for both. Highly recommend.

Project scope: remove 2/3 of existing veneer brick wall the was pulling away from the house, underpin remain brick, remove existing aluminum siding, install double lap siding. This was just the front side of my home. A complete siding upgrade was out of budget since I had a few other big projects just done to my old home. I'm so pleased with the work that was done that I can't wait to get at least the both sides done. I will certainly be using AHI to complete the next phase. Everyone person I delt with was great. Dan the sales rep, Eric the owner and the 2 guys that did the work. All professional and friendly. It felt like they really cared about my satisfaction without being pushy or overly aggressive for my business. The work looks so good that I may just have to reallocate some funds sooner than planned just to get the remaining exterior done. Thanks again AHI.

I recently obtained quotes from 6 vendors to replace my roof and gutters. I pre-qualified all of them based on criteria that I established based on a review of the market. Eric from ACE Home Improvement not only met all my expectations. but was able to be significantly below every other vendor's quoted estimate. In addition, Eric was able to schedule and complete the work in less than a week from signing the contract for the job. I would highly recommend ACE Home Improvement if you are looking to replace your roof.

I had an outstanding experience with Eric K. from Ace Home Improvements. He listened to my needs and quickly provided a fair quote for my consideration. The team that replaced my roof, as well as the team that replaced my gutters, were professional and efficient. I was very happy that they cleaned up all of the debris before they left my home. I would highly recommend working with Eric from Ace Home Improvements.

ACE Home Improvement was slightly less than other competitor and I went along with ACE. I am okay with the new siding. The workers were pleasant.

They installed siding and the installers were professional and attentive

Eric and his team were very thorough and did an excellent job installing the roof and gutters. I obtained several bids and Ace was the best. I would definitely use them again.

Accommodated our early request with professionalism. The crew was respectful, neat, and not a leftover nail found anywhere. We knew we had a few problems but discovered the problems were even far more severe. All areas repaired, the property is now protected and the end result is beautiful!

Quick turnaround from estimate to work done. Crew showed up on time (even early) as planned and got the work done. They kept me informed of issues (as there always are in replacing a roof), and made some adjustments about my own worries. Very pleasant crew who worked their tails off all day. When all was done, everything was cleaned up, with no damage to plants around the house. Excellent job, start to finish. I would highly recommend their services.

Eric was patient and helpful as we looked through our siding options at our initial meeting. Shortly after, he communicated the timeline for installation, and the project was completed within a week.
