Went well, they came on time, friendly and professional service. The price was exactly as quoted, and less expensive then other quotes. Scott was even going to put a lock I had on my patio door for me for free, but at the time I had the wrong lock. Thanks for the great service.

Arrived on time, and was professional. The technician found that one lock was misaligned internally and ready to break. This was fixed at that time instead of letting it go for another time. I wouldn't have know until the door wouldn't have worked.

They were able to fix the problem for me. I found them online. The locksmith showed up promptly to get the work done and that?s something that I liked about him. He was professional and he was a good locksmith as well. I don?t know as far as the price is concerned since I really didn?t shop around so much. The quality was fine. His responsiveness was pretty good. He was having problems with his truck so he had to use his car. He called to tell me although he was a little late because of the problem with his truck. I would use his services in the future too.

From the moment I called Scott to arrange the appointment he was professional and courteous. I was moving into a new home and had a series of contractors lined up for move-in day, including Accredited Locksmith Service. Scott was on-time and quickly got to work on rekeying and installing a new lock in the home. We discovered that the lock on the screen was not functioning so he evaluated the situation and notified me that a part needed to be ordered to repair it. He ordered the part and then returned at a future date to fix that lock as well. Scott was a delight to work with because of his affable personality and professionalism. I will always call on Accredited Locksmith Service for any future lock needs.

Asked where I'd heard about him, and when I answered Angie's list, knocked not the coupon 10% but 20% ($15 of a $74 bill) off the nominal price for the service call plus parts.

We were tired of carrying a variety of keys for our entrance doors (and one didn't work) so decided to rekey all our entrances to one key. I found the Accredited Locksmith Service through Angie's list. The service was located in the general vicinity of our home and had "A" ratings. I searched a little further on the website link provided by Angie's List and called the number around noon on Monday. The locksmith, Scott Puckett, answered the phone. There was no need to leave a voice mail message which I found refreshing. He stated that he could be at our home by 2:00pm and arrived at 2:15pm. A 15-minute grace period seemed acceptable, especially since it wasn't an emergency call. Scott was very pleasant and professional in his work. It took him a little over an hour to rekey 5 locks, but we didn't have the correct keys for one of the doors which would have expedited the work. I also asked him to cut 4 additional keys. We did have one minor thing happen. That evening we decided to try all 6 of the keys in all of the doors to make sure that they worked. All of the keys worked except one. And, it opened 2 of the 3 doors. I called Scott that evening, he came back to the house the next morning, made a minor adjustment to the cut of the key and it worked just fine. Overall, the service went very well and we will definitely call Accredited Locksmith Service in the event that we need further lock services. The estimate was a little higher than the original estimate due to the fact that we requested additional keys and because we couldn't provide him with the right working keys for one of the doors which caused him some additional unanticipated work.

He was amazing! After looking for the keys (my 20 month old hid) for 4 hours I called accredited locksmith at 10:30 PM. It was raining, he was here 10 minutes later and a few minutes after that I was back in my car (Where the spare keys were!). Tomorrow morning I can go about my day as planned and worry about finding my keys another time.

This was a great experience given nobody WANTS to have to call a locksmith for work. Mr. Puckett was there within an hour of the time I called and was done within about 30 minutes or so of when he arrived. He re-cored my lock, and reset it to my existing key.
