 + 1 moreOur furnace thermostat wasn't operating properly. The serviceman came out and replaced the part immediately and turned it on and off until it worked to his satisfaction. He gave us a number to reach him directly if we experienced the same problem again. Of course we did experience the same thing the next morning. Gave him a call and he promptly returned that morning again. By the time the experience was over, we had to replace a couple of other parts. This did not surprise me because I had noticed different warning signs about that furnace. They are prompt, courteous, clean working, and will call you if a part will not be in when anticipated. Been with them for years. Would not think of switching.
Description of Work: Fixed my furnace after this last snow storm. Cleaned and lit a pilot on a gas fireplace.
