They wanted $2400 to remove my tree. Said it would take 3 people 8 hours to do so. Another company did the job in 3 hours with 3 people and only charged $900.

Price was fair and work was well done

The estimate and interaction prior to the work was courteous, professional and accurate. However, we never received an email or call about when the work was to occur. When the crew did come to remove the trees it was a fill-in job for them and no one was home as the job began. The work they did on the two trees and clean up afterward was excellent. In the process of removing one of the trees they removed several limbs from an adjacent dogwood tree. Because no one was there to talk with them we couldn't have indicated that this was not what we wanted. Their follow up was good, but I can't rate them an "A" given the lack of warning on when the work was to occur and the removal of other tree limbs.

On time and professional. Final decision was very tough...other company won due to small differences in estimate/price. Very comparable prices and estimates.

We have a contract with them. They also do my tree trimming too and that’s like $400. They’re arborist so they know their trees. They’re not just a company that comes and chops things down. They’re very careful with what they do and they are very, very professional and they know their thing. The length of the service depends on what they are doing. The scale treatment, they usually can do that in maybe 30 minutes. Tree trimming though, that takes longer, two hours maybe. They are very, very good.

They were great. The did some good hard work. They were professional. They were on time and they were responsive. Their price was considerably lower than alternatives. Three people came out to complete the service. The workers were very professional, they knew what they were doing, said what they were going to do, and did what they said they were going to do.

We were very pleased with the job that they did.

I think they were fine. I don’t have any complaints. I only used them once. I researched a little bit later and their price is kind of high but I didn’t know any better.

The first year I was very happy. The second year not. My neighbor's yard looks wonderful mine doesn't. I tried going this Summer but when they called for the fall I told them that I will dicontinue using them because the yard is full of crap grass and it doesn't look good. They come almost every month. They probably came out probably September. They do fertilzation, growth control, crap grass control, all that stuff. I was just disappointed with the quality I got.

I was very pleased with them. They did a very good job. They were a little bit more on the high side.

I got rid of them because their service stunk. They did not respond to phone calls and they were fertilizing in weed too slow and it wasn’t just good service. I wasn’t happy with the service at all. I wasn’t happy with the follow up. The price was comparable with the others in the area. It was not just that they didn’t call, it was that they didn’t do the job. It was just poor service. I don’t think it was all the company. I think it was one particular guy who worked for him but he was the manager of that area or he’s the project guy for the area. They would have had to respond to our problems and correct them.

Kolby came out to assess the work that needed to be done. His crew came out and did the work in a timely manner. He was also on site to ensure the work was done as promised. This is the second time that I have used this company and I highly recommend them. The price is a bit higher than a couple of estimates that we received, but it is well worth the extra $200.00 for the quality work they performed and the 'peace of mind' assurance that they had both General Liability and Workman's Comp Insurance. I always appreciate their work- it is very well done. Their services are dependable, courteous- general good work habits and so forth. I have used them for years and have a yearly contract with them. For price, I have no comparison - I am just going with them because they get my needs and rather than shop around, I am happy to have them do that.

They scheduled a time for a free inspection and quote. Then they came and did the inspection which was more than I could say about the other tree services I called. Then they left a detailed written quote along with information on the reasoning behind their recommendations. We were very pleased and signed the contract. They trimmed the tree a week or so later. It took 1 day and required nothing from us. Wonderful service. We got a bill about a week or so later and then once we paid we received a receipt of payment letter.

He is very responsive and professional. They will explain things to you.

They call before they go here to do the work and they show up on time. They do exactly what they said they are going to do. So it's like a work out of our hands because we don't have to worry about when is the right time to do anything. They are also very professional and they brought back our lawn to life. It was pretty back when they took it over.
