basement remodeling
+ -1 moreJohn worked in our home for most of two weeks, he is now finished and we miss his presence. Every evening, after his departure, I would wander the house and admire his progress. He made a few suggestions that we followed for great results. He changed out the vent system for our dryer that exhausted more efficiently and gave us more space in the laundry room. He recommended reversing the swing of two doors to open up a hallway, which now gives us more open space and makes more sense. As a handy woman myself, lI was ecstatic with the attention to detail and quality of Johns craftsmanship.
Description of Work: We hired John to repair the drywall damage left from replacing our plumbing and the removal of a baseboard hot water heating system. There were holes in every room. Maybe 30 holes ranging in size from 6 inches to 6 feet. We were so pleasantly pleased with Johns work we expanded the scale of the job to include trim and shoe moulding repair, painting and replacement, and some carpentry that really improved the function and appearance of our home.
