They were terrible. I called them about 4 or 5 times to discuss things. The one guy was extremely rude and short. And, they wouldn't schedule me. I have the most part of a living social deal and I asked them to try to get them scheduled. they provided me an email link and the other guys there responded. They put me on a schedule and then actually just came last week Wednesday. I told them that they can come in a week as long as they were on time. They were not on time. They were supposed to be here at 10 and they got here at 10:45. After that, the worst part is that they really were slow. I had a deal for 4 hours worth of work. They later told me it was 2 men for 2 hours. I acutally had to pay them another hour so they were here for 6 hours total. That was 2 men for 3 hours and they did not even finish the dresser. They did nothing else.

***STAY AWAY!! DO NOT USE THEM!!*** I purchased a Living Social voucher for 4 hours of handiwork - I gave them three tasks, all of which were very poorly executed!!! 1. Hang a shelf - I couldn't do this myself as the wall was concrete so I needed a hammer drill ($$$) and masonry bit - which I didn't have - so I had them do it. There were tons of needless pencil marks all over my wall. I'm not sure what he was "measuring" but they were completely pointless and the shelf is no where NEAR level. It's a good quarter of an inch off. It's concrete. It's not easy to patch over like drywall. It has to be done right the first time. They didn't do it right. He didn't use a level - that would have made it work! His suggestion? Put a shim under one of the brackets to raise the shelf. Gee thanks. That will look great! Why did that take over an hour??? 2. Hang a headboard - again, this was on concrete. The brackets weren't even CLOSE to level. So poorly done. Now there are random holes in my bedroom wall and I have to do it myself. 3. Ceiling paint in the bathroom - they missed entire sections of the ceiling. Took me awhile to tell because it was going from cream to white. How did all of this take four hours? If you can answer that, then you're smarter than I am. ***THEY DID A TERRIBLE JOB.*** My advice is to never let these guys in your house!!!! OH, and before I purchased the Living Social (or was it Groupon? Who cares...), I called to make sure there wouldn't be any charge for coming out to me in Towson and was assured there wouldn't be. Guess what?? $50 charge! I should have told them "no" right from the start and not let them in my house.
