I have personally used TWWT twice and referred them to family and friends. Nick has probably helped buying and selling a dozen homes for the people that mean the most to me. I don't refer people to businesses I haven't tried and trust. I would and will continue to send my friends and family to this team.

Excellent!! I am have relocated more than 10 times globally. However, I had never been to Baltimore, luckily Sam did a terrific job being a great listening and translating our needs and desires to help find and help me purchase a wonderful new home.

It went very smoothly. We were worried about credit, obtainibg a VA loan, worried about finding a home associated with the right schools, worried about finding a family oriented community...all the things one worries about when there are kids involved. We feel we got very individualized attention. It also helped that our realtor grew up in the area in which we settled!

Working with the Waldner Winters team may have been the best decision we made when going through the home buying process. Everyone we worked with was so on top of each part of the process and truly invested in getting us the home that was right for us and not just worried about getting a quick sale. As first time home buyers we needed a lot of guidance. Ryan did such a great job showing us homes and letting us form an opinion and then giving us the additional information we should consider. When it came time to make an offer we received plenty of insight make an informed offer and Jory did a tremendous job negotiating on our behalf from there. Once the contract was signed each vendor they put us in touch with was great as well. This is truly a team of individuals who care about doing right by their clients and they only seem to have relationships with other vendors who do the same. I cannot recommend this team enough.

The Waldner Winters team made our first home buying experience a breeze. They were attentive to us in every way. Our agent patiently answered all of our questions about each house and about the home buying process. They were available and accessible every day. They responded promptly to our requests to see homes and set up the appointments immediately. They were supportive and encouraging and we were having trouble finding the perfect home. However, once we found the perfect home they were fast and efficient to draft and submit a contract to give us the best opportunity to succeed in having the contract accepted. They were professional and competent and I would certainly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home!

We bought our home back in April, 2015. We worked with Ryan Bandell and the Waldner Winters Team. Ryan and the whole team did a great job in finding houses for us and were very helpful if we found some additional houses. They would meet anytime we wanted and were great at communicating everything during the entire process. They were even amazing after we had bought the house and their were a small issues. They helped us get those small issues resolved even though it had nothing to do with their process. I would recommend using all their services and even their recommended home inspectors. We used a family friend and he missed a lot of stuff, but like I said Ryan and his team helped us with those little things and made moving into our new home a great experience. I highly recommend this team for your next home purchase.
