Description of Work: Contractor worked on 1/2 bath by replacing aging toilet,sink, exhaust fan, and old flooring. They also repaired all the walls and ceiling and repainted surfaces for the 1/2 bath.

Description of Work: I had a complete kitchen remodel minus appliances. Joe was always very courteous and professional. There were so many details to go over and everyone was very patient with me when I asked questions. There was a person who oversaw the project once it got started and I felt I could call him any time with questions and the team that showed up was basically the same every day so I got to "know" the familiar faces in my house. They were always professional and cleaned up after they were done. When there was an issue, everyone was quick to respond. VKBs goal was clearly to make me a happy customer and they did. My kitchen is gorgeous! Now my mom wants them to do her bathroom.

Dear Customer - My name is Joe - Another VKB member has responded to your complaint via a private message directly to you without any response from you. I wanted to take this opportunity to personally thank you for reaching out to us to help you with your project but this was outside the scope of work our company normally does. ( Here are some of the thing you asked me " Demo wood fence and build a brick wall on property line for privacy and security. - Add skylights to part of roof on top floor. etc... ) There was never any voice mails left for us.There are absolutely no emails from you and can only see one message on Angies list. I have personally spoken to you when you called the showroom and informed you that we can't help you as this is not something we do and can only help you with a portion of it and you said that you would rather have one company do it all. We even had a discussion if there was an architect or structural engineer that we can recommend.I am not sure where the misunderstanding is. The only thing I can think of is that there must be another company who may not have responded. We are asking you to please retract your " F " rating as we are not deserving of it.
