I had a small, old, pink bathroom that was in total disrepair. The floor was so rotted that parts of it fell through the ceiling in the kitchen below. VKB has transformed my tiny bathroom. It is now beautiful! They have done this at a very reasonable price given what they have done. They could certainly do a lovely bathroom for less, but I chose upscale products. As things progressed, I changed my mind about many things-tiles, bathtub vs shower, heat source. VKB stuck with me through all of these changes. Their customer service is amazing. I now have a gorgeous bathroom with a heated floor, a custom shower door that fits the space exactly and beautiful glass tiles. VKB goes the extra mile. Joe in particular worked with me throughout the entire process. He was always there trying to make me happy. I highly recommend VKB.

They were very good with being upfront and timely. The salesman was very good as well. He told us he wanted us to be 100% satisfied when the job was done. There was a concern in the beginning with some damage during construction, communication and installing something differently than planned, but once a new crew came in, they got it done and we were satisfied. We were very happy with the end product. At the end of the day, I believe that Paul is going to deliver a good product.

We decided on VKB Kitchen and bath after interviewing many contractors. Junior Wizzard came out to our house. We talked about different options for layout and design. Every single option that we were given included everything I was hoping to accomplish with this project. We set up a showroom visit where we were guided throughout the process from selections of tiles, cabinets, counter tops, faucets, fixtures. Junior only showed us brand name products and quality materials. The Job started less than two weeks after we signed a contact. They worked very quick, Both bathrooms were done in about 17 Days. Jason Freeman who is the Project Manager was there from the beginning of the project to finish. He made sure the crews did everything according to plan and was always happy to assist and answer any questions we had. The work was done professionally and on time. They were very good about containing the dust to the work area, cleaned up at the end of each shift and trash was pick up on a daily basis. I am totally satisfied. It was money very well spent. They did great job and everything went smooth. I recommend VKB Kitchen and Bath to everyone. I will definitely use them again in my future projects.

We got 3 gorgeous bathrooms from VKB. They offered much more for the money than the other companies we got estimates from. Joe was fantastic in helping us decide what we wanted, and when the choices became overwhelming, he chose for us. There were a few times when I wasn't sure about what he chose, so we looked at all the options together, and in every case, his decisions were the best. The main part of the work took about 3 weeks, and there were some irritations during that time. They often came later than they said they would, and some of the days they worked past our bedtime! They worked so hard, and did such a nice job, that it was hard to be too upset. Every time we complained about about anything, the problem was quickly addressed. We absolutely love our new bathrooms, and we're very pleased we chose VKB.

This was by far the best and easiest experience we have ever had with a contractor. From the outset, VKB was professional in everything they did. Our Designer/Project Planner, Junior Wizzart, saw exactly what we wanted in our new kitchen and designed it with that in mind. Jason, Joe and Denis, the construction supervisors, made sure the crews (Ervin, Walter and the rest} had everything they needed to complete this job in a timely manner. The crews did quality work across the board. Wooden Floors, Cabinets, Countertops and appliance installation, plumbing electrical, lighting, tiling, carpentry and painting. The kept the dirt and dust to a minimum. All trash and old appliances were removed promptly. Communication with VKB is excellent . Any questions or glitches were answered quickly, usually with all the supervisors and Junior included in the conversations. Changes to the design were dealt with as if it were of no problem. Almost daily progress reports. From what we have experienced with VKB Kitchen and Bath, I would highly recommend their services.

.VKB was a responsible and responsive company, and they were about 45% lower in price than a contracting company I had previously gotten a quote from. They did a lot of work very well, especially the floor tiling and back splash work. They were also very responsive to changes and EVEN ADDED a small recessed wall shelf in a living room wall for me without extra charge. When problems arose or some work did go wrong, they always were responsive and immediately showed up to inspect things, take responsibility and fix the issue. I do not care if a mistake is made, but I really like it when a worker takes responsibility and fixes it. I was actually surprised to see that VKB cared as much about customer service and about helping me, as they did about being in business and making money. I felt cared for and helped. I am even confident that if any after-service is needed that they will be right there. They are good guys; for example, they accidentally had taken one of my own drop cloths, and when they realized that...they bought me a brand new one. I highly recommend you consider VKB for kitchen and/or bath renovations. I will be recommending them to others and also use them in the future. I worked with a very caring designer named Joe. So, feel free to contact him if you are interested in further details.

The designer was very helpful in assisting me with choosing items for my remodel and he provided great suggestion on the layout of the new bath. When the construction crew arrived for their first appointment they were on time and professional throughout the appointment. They provided me with all the details of my project and answered all my questions. As the project progressed I was very impress with the daily updates by my project manager and the way his crew respected my home by cleaning up daily and leaving my house in perfect condition. Throughout my project the owner Paul was in constant contact with us making sure we were informed and satisfied with the work. Once the project was finished Paul did the final inspection with us . We are so happy with the final results! We will definitely recommend VKB to our friends and family!

We chose VKB for our kitchen remodel after estimates with four other remodeling companies. VKB gave us "the most bang, for our buck", beyond any other company we looked into. The scope of work was a full kitchen remodel with new cabinets, lighting, plumbing, electrical, refinishing the hardwood floors not only in the kitchen, but throughout the entire first floor plus stairs and relocating the washer and dryer from the basement to the kitchen. Sean Harris was our design consultant and from the beginning was very professional and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. He made the planning phase easy and as stress-free as was possible. While meeting with Sean, Paul, the company's owner, met with us as well several times to iron out trouble spots and to assure us of his confidence in the planning and outcome of the project. When it came time for the actual work, Alfonso, VKB's contractor, couldn't have been more impressive. He worked hard and completed each phase of construction timely and with efficiency. He never left the job site a mess (as much as can be expected during construction) and was on time each day. He reviewed his progress with us daily, asked how we wanted certain items to be completed and gave helpful insight and suggestions to details we hadn't thought about. We feel Alfonso is the key to the success of the project, as he turned out to be the antithesis to all the contractor nightmares we were warned about before we started. We couldn't be more pleased with working with VKB and how our kitchen turned out. We highly recommend VKB!

Excellent! I highly recommend Amanda and her very capable, professional and detail-oriented team for any interior home remodeling project. Indeed, we intend to use VKB (and Amanda) on our next project, and will do so without question or reservation. Not all contractors are created equal, and with any organization, it is the people that drive its reputation - good or bad. With Amanda, Claudio, George and Jason, you will not be disappointed. A few examples of why I will use them again: (1) They care about their work product and your happiness with the project. This ideal is embedded in all that they do. (2) Amanda accommodated our design and product selection changes throughout the project. In one instance, she was good enough to replace the tile (which had already been purchased and delivered to our home) with marble. (Of course, we paid for the product price differential.) (3) Very responsive to all my texts, calls and e-mails. (4) Clean and organized. The crew was very good about putting down drop clothes and plastic. And, never blinked when I asked them to remove their shoes before walking on the carpet/hardwood floors. With any project, a few scratches are inevitable, but VKB did their best to minimize the dings and dents. (5) Competitive pricing. I was not necessarily looking to go with the cheapest contractor, but VKB's bid was very competitive and less than another well-known bathroom remodeling company. Overall, very satisfied. Will definitely use again.

I hired Vkb Kitchen and Bath in 2014 for My master Bathroom Remodeling. They did outstanding work in my bathroom and I was very happy. (Mentioned in my previous review.) This year i decided remodel my Kitchen. So I did not hesitate to contact Paul at VKB Kitchen and Bath and asked him to prepare a proposal and design for me. Paul sent me the Proposal and I signed contract with them. They came and remodel my kitchen within 1 week. Workers were very polite, knowledgeable and they cleaned all debris after them everyday. I am thrilled with my new bathroom! VKB Kitchen and Bath created an amazing transformation in my condo bathroom. I worked with Amanda, who listened to what I needed, wanted, and could afford. This company had the lowest bid AND gave me much more for my money than their competition offered. There were many options from which to choose. They did a special cut around the sink opening in the marble countertop. The vanity cabinet was from a custom cabinet maker. The job was completed on time and for the price quoted. The workmanship quality was excellent. The workers arrived on time each day. They were professional, courteous, efficient and obviously highly skilled. They were willing and able to do some added projects like installing new light fixtures in the dining room, kitchen, and hall. This was my first remodeling project and the team at VKB made it so easy for me. They knew what they are doing through every step of the process and I felt very confident from the very first meeting. The owner, Paul, was very gracious and kind to me as well, dealing with VKB was a very positive experience. The only surprise was how beautiful the completed job was; the only regret was that I didn't do this years ago. I would recommend this company without reservation and I look forward to the next project, a new kitchen!

We are very happy that we selected VKB Kitchens in Columbia, MD to remodel our kitchen. My husband and I had been discussing this project for years. Along the way, we had consulted several companies. We were always disappointed with the proposals. After doing my due diligence on VKB, I decided to visit the Columbia showroom. That was the start of a very satisfactory working relationship with Amanda. She listened very carefully to the vision that we had for the kitchen. One of the things that I had always felt strongly about was dealing with a specific part of the kitchen space that seemed to be underused. When Amanda visited our house, she took careful note of this corner and indicated she would give thought to what could be done. I knew that we were in good hands when she showed us the preliminary design for the kitchen. We liked her very creative approach to the challenge of incorporating that space into the kitchen flow. We love the final product even more. The wrap around cabinet adds a beautiful dimension to the kitchen that we had not imagined possible. Amanda also proposed that we do away with our pantry closet. She indicated that replacing the closet with cabinets would make the kitchen feel bigger and would give us additional usable storage space. Once again, her recommendation was excellent. Even with a bigger island in the middle of the kitchen, the area feels more spacious. We feel very comfortable and know we will continue to enjoy family gatherings where everyone gravitates to the kitchen as a meal is prepared. Another important element in the kitchen design was the backsplash. We wanted to have a design that incorporated some unique details. I also wanted the backsplash to frame the window on top of the sink. After selecting the tiles and mosaics to be used, we discussed the design we had in mind with Amanda and the crew that would install the tile. Once again, we received excellent advice based on their collective experience that clearly contributed to a beautiful final product. We were also very pleased with the work done with the floor tile. That was the first item to be completed. We were impressed with the meticulous attention paid in placing the tile at the 45 angle we had selected. When the floor was finished, we could not wait to see the next phase of the project. There was also one other concern that drove us to select VKB to work with. The prior proposals we had considered would have required us to deal individually with electricians and plumbers. We did not want the potential headaches that came with that scenario. When Amanda told us that VKB would take care of everything, she really meant everything. The advantage of this service became clear as the kitchen was remodeled following a very logical sequence to the work: electrical work, floor, cabinets, granite counters, plumbing work, and finally the backsplash. It was comforting to know that the work was being done in a manner that ensured the final product would be a great kitchen put together by a very experienced crew working as a unit. We appreciate Amanda?s creativity and flexibility. My search for the "perfect" tile for the floor and backsplash took me to four stores. We ordered tiles from three of those stores. At no time did I hear Amanda say that I was complicating the project. Instead, she encouraged me to continue looking until we found what we liked. As the work progressed, we changed a few details after considering how they would look in practice. While these changes did not require major changes to the design, they did take some discussion that was conducted quickly so the work could continue as scheduled. We also commend the crew?s efforts to do every part of the job to our satisfaction. While there were some glitches with scheduling, we can report that as soon as we raised the issue, it was addressed and we were then kept well informed on who would be coming to work on a given date. We have received very positive feedback from family and friends on the new kitchen. We know that this is a central part of our house that we will enjoy for many years to come thanks to the beautiful work done by VKB Kitchen & Bath. Update: After talking to other kitchen remodelers in the area we have come to the conclusion that the kitchen counters were not finished the way they should have been. Our edges were not polished to the same degree as the flat surface, when we raised this issue immediately after the counters were install the company offered a wax to be applied periodically, we now understand that this is not something we should have to be doing. A properly finished granite counter includes edges that are polished to the same extent as the flat surface is polished at the quarry.

We had a small-medium size master bathroom in a townhouse that needed remodeling. The tile was dated, the sink was tiny, the vanity had no storage, and a giant, round soaking tub took up about a third of the entire bathroom. Of the four different companies I called, Joe, the VKB designer ,was the only one to really listen to our needs, which was getting two sinks and additional bathroom storage in our smallish bathroom. He drew up several plans for us and was patient while we decided what our priorities were. Joe also worked with us to keep this remodel in budget. Whereas other companies wanted to cover our modest bathroom in expensive natural stone, Joe helped us select floor, wall, and shower floor tiles that looked elegant but were not nearly as expensive as natural stone. Thanks to Joe, we even added some vertical decorative stone behind the shower fixtures. We were even able to re-use our somewhat new toilet in the new design. We now feel like we have a big, beautiful hotel bathroom. There is plenty of storage and enough space for both me and my husband to use the bathroom at the same time. If you can use Joe, I would highly recommend him. He has an amazing eye for design and is extremely creative. The workers who came were very nice and worked hard. They carefully cleaned up each day. Paul, the owner, even gave me his cell phone number so we could call if we had questions. The bathroom took about 2-3 weeks (we weren't able to let them work on Saturday, otherwise it probably would have been done faster). They answered all of our questions, helped us stay in budget, and were responsive to whatever we needed. If we had know we would get a bathroom like this, we would have done it several years ago. We would hire them again.

The Ratings of "B" would have been an "A-", but that is not an option. We met with the salesman and discussed what we were looking for in the finished kitchen. A few ideas were identified as options and we would decide based on the price. For example, the kitchen had a pantry (more like a small bedroom closed with a bi-fold door) and the salesman suggested using stacked oversized cabinets to make a ?pantry.? In an open area where we had a metal shelf for storage he suggested a cabinet with countertop, backsplash (with electrical outlet), and a tall cabinet above to the ceiling. The next day we received three-dimensional (3D) graphical renderings, from different angles, what the kitchen would look like when completed, and the estimate. We took both suggestions and are very happy with the results. The work crew primarily consisted of a team chief and two others. They arrived promptly each day and placed tarps to protect the areas where they walked. When appropriate they encapsulated the work area with plastic tarp to reduce the amount of dust in the rest of the house. At the end of each day the area was left clean and accessible. Having one person at home during the renovation was very fortunate. For example: 1) When the technicians came to measure for the countertops we were able to show an example of the granite. While the name may be the same, the expected level of color and density was made clear. 2) The day the kitchen ceiling was to be painted the team chief inquired about painting the ceiling adjacent. Otherwise, there would clearly be a distinction of the new and old paint. A quick call to the salesman and this was included for an additional $200.00 and a run out to the store for an extra gallon of paint. This was well worth the cost; especially since we recently replaced a light fixture and you could see an outline of the old fixture. 3) Our entry from the garage had an old ceramic tile that would be different from the kitchen. Another call to the salesman and this area, about 9 square feet, was included at no cost. 4) When the refrigerator was placed in the hutch area there was little to no room on the sides. We were concerned that it could be damaged when the refrigerator was pulled out or pushed in. We discussed this with the salesman and it was reconfigured to our satisfaction. In anticipation of the work we prepared by doing the following: 1) Removed everything from the cabinets and put them on a shelf and boxes in the living and dining rooms. We left an area in the dining room for the refrigerator to be placed and plugged-in. 2) Setup a makeshift food preparation area that included the toaster oven and coffee pot. 3) Knowing that we might be eating out more often. 4) Often used paper plates and paper towels. What we expected, but didn?t realize the full impact until it happened: 1) The kitchen faucet and sink were removed the first day. This meant washing dishes in the bathroom sink. This was made a bit easier by putting a dish drainer on a TV tray table outside the bathroom. 2) The oven, built-in microwave, and dishwasher were put in the garage. What I wished I?d have known before and during a kitchen renovation: 1) Set up an area to function as a kitchen with ample room to move around. 2) If you must box dishes or food up, ensure they are clearly marked so they can easily be found and keep the most common items out and handy. 3) Be sure the ?kitchen? and boxes are in an area in which you will always have access. When the tile was laid we had to stay out of the kitchen for up to 24 hours. This made our Family Room inaccessible for this time. Fortunately, nothing was in there that we needed during that time. What I recommend to future kitchen renovators: 1) Keep a diary and photo log of the work as it progresses. 2) Have direct phone numbers and email addresses for the Project Manager and Sales Representative. 3) Request periodic updates from the Project Manager. 4) If at all possible, have someone who can make decisions in the house at all times. 5) Draft out a meal plan for three to four weeks. This should give you an idea of the complexity of preparing meals and cleaning up. 6) The toaster oven was good; and, a countertop microwave would have been a nice extra. 7) During the demolition and removal of debris, your door(s) will be open almost continuously. Be aware of the season and weather. 8) Be aware that any demolition, tile cutting, or construction will be very loud. You may want to find an alternate location for small children or anxious pets. 9) Have a sample or pictures of the materials you expect to be installed, the brand and model names; to include any granite, cabinet hardware, backsplash, etc., to ensure the installers have the correct products. 10) Ensure you know when any particular area will be inaccessible ahead of time so you can adjust accordingly. 11) Clearly discuss the work schedule with the Project Manager. Identify in advance any days when you cannot have workers in the area, or any other limitations. 12) Ensure the Project Manager and team chief are both in attendance when you do the inspection at the expected completion. This will ensure each is clear on any deficiency and resolution plan. Also, a. The night before the inspection conduct your own inspection. Use a flashlight to help in identifying any deficiencies. b. Clearly document any deficiencies in writing with your intended solution (repair, replace, or otherwise) and have it ready for the inspection. Likely the Project Manager or Team Chief will make notes on it. Be prepared to copy or photograph this as a record for each party. I hope VKB, and other kitchen renovators, will prepare a ?What to expect and how to prepare for your kitchen renovation guide? for future customers. I think it would go a long way and reduce some of the anxiety and frustration that are bound to occur when you lose access to your kitchen for an extended period.

Working with VKB was the best home improvement experience we ever had! Everything was great from the design to the installation. 28 years and 4 kids later, our bathrooms were a mess and needed desperate remodeling. The wonderful VKB designer designed 2 awesome bathrooms for us that are not only beautiful but also more functional. She listened to our needs and designed bathrooms that met our needs and are also modern and very attractive. My husband and I needed a lot of help with the design and also picking out tile, sinks, fixtures, etc. She was extremely patient with us, asked all the right questions, and designed 2 bathrooms that we never dreamed would be in our house. We are 100% happy with her design and everything that she helped us pick out for the bathrooms. The workers were extremely talented. They always arrived promptly, worked diligently all day, and often left late because they wanted to finish what they were working on. They always prepared the area around where they were working to ensure that the mess would stay confined, and they always cleaned up at the end of the day. We never had to go behind them and clean up. We were very impressed with their workmanship and their work ethic. Every worker that showed up at our house was extremely talented, very professional, polite, and very respectful of our house and family. We couldn't have asked for a better crew of workers. We were also very impressed with the coordination and management of the project. From the moment we signed the contract, until the very last day they were in our house working, everything ran smoothly. We couldn't believe how quickly items were ordered and delivered, how quickly they demolished the 2 bathrooms, and how quickly the trash was taken away. We were so thankful that we did not have to have an ugly dumpster in our front yard. As soon as they tore things out of the bathrooms, a VKB truck hauled it away. Any time we had a question, all we needed to do was call the lead foreman or designer or send them a message, and they would get back to us with an answer within minutes. I have seen other recent remodels done by other companies in my neighborhood. I believe that the quality of work and price that we received is much better than the others I saw. We are so glad we chose VKB and will gladly recommend VKB to anyone expecting a superior finished product but with a reasonable price!
Description of Work: Completely renovated an upstairs hall bathroom and master bathroom that were 28 years old and in dire need of help. Both bathrooms were completely gutted. The master bathroom was a huge renovation with walls knocked down and added and made into a much larger, more functional, much more beautiful bathroom. In both bathrooms, high quality shower and floor tile, cabinets, fixtures, sinks, toilets, and mosaic designs were used.

I was very pleased. Every time I walk into both bathrooms I love it all, all the way to the little details like the hardware and the toilets! The parts my designer Amanda and I put together look amazing. Everything reflects my love for color and design flare. The workers who came were very professional and always polite. They were also cautious of everything existing in my home, protective plastic was used to make sure nothing was damaged. They were hard workers and I felt comfortable with them in my home. Paul the owner was very nice and you can tell he cares about every project. The experience I had doing these two bathrooms has made me exited and looking forward to my next project which will be my master bathroom. There is no doubt I will come back to VKB for that and any other projects I wish to have done. Price was very reasonable and they delivered on everything they promised. I highly recommend VKB kitchen and bath!

The designer was our contact man throughout the project and was very personable and eager to please. The crew, too, were very friendly and pleasantly put up with a lot of questions and requests from us as the work progressed. They even paid attention when, a time or two, I came up with a way to solve a problem they were having or asked for a change in the way they were doing something to make the outcome more to our liking. The work went relatively smoothly considering the complexities that crop up in that kind of project. The bulk of the job was completed in less than two weeks, but tying up the loose ends took several weeks longer, though we were happily using the new kitchen well before the last items were wrapped up. During the planning and design phase, we forgot about the kitchen's only HVAC vent. It was in the wall, virtually hidden just above the old high cabinets, which did not extend to the ceiling as our new ones do. The VKB guys had to open up the wall and ceiling and do some sheet-metal work to extend the duct and relocate the vent in the ceiling, but because there was a ceiling joist exactly in line with the wall vent, they also had to make a jog in the new ductwork to install the new vent in the center of the ceiling. When the new cabinet shipment arrived, the cabinet that was to go over the refrigerator was missing and would not be available for about three weeks?part of the reason why it took so long to finish the project. A few other items, such as the new ceiling fixture, the soap dispenser for the new sink, and matching wall plates, switches, and receptacles, also got strung out until nearly the end. All of these, however, were minor details, and we never doubted that they would be done correctly and soon, as they were. After we signed the contract and everything was agreed on, we requested installation of an additional four-receptacle outlet in the area of the new countertop space created by the new custom cabinet. As with the HVAC problem, this was a change they threw in without a peep of protest. We would eagerly seek out VKB for any similar work in the future and would wholeheartedly recommend them to family, friends, and neighbors. They are the top.
Description of Work: They did a complete remodeling of our kitchen, including design; demo of the old cabinets, countertops, electric cooktop, and built-in electric oven; and installation of new cabinets, sink, ceiling fixture, and granite countertops. They ran gas service into the kitchen and installed our new gas range, microwave, garbage disposal, and under-sink water filter. In addition to the replacement cabinets, they performed some custom carpentry to adapt a row of new cabinets to replace a wrought-iron railing that had marked the edge of the kitchen where it stepped down to a breakfast nook in our split-level house; the cabinet rose from the kitchen floor on one side and from two steps lower on the other side—a neat piece of work.

Initially, we were very happy with the work that was done by VKB Kitchen and Bath. However, in the months that have followed, we have become increasingly frustrated with this company. Overall, the work looked very nice and clean. However, as we began to inspect things closer, we noticed little flaws that stood out. For instance, grouting was splattered on the wall - something we did not notice immediately and now has become very difficult to get off. Additionally, the floor molding was simply nailed in - it was not finished, nor was it painted. These seem like small things, however, with the amount of money we have spent, should not be something we are forced to take care of. There were other small issues that we needed addressed. When we attempted to get in contact with VKB, we were repeatedly not able to reach the people we needed to. Our attempts to reach our primary designer were unsuccessful despite repeatedly trying to text and call him. We did eventually get in contact, however, it should not be as difficult as it was. Many of the times, my texts were not responded to - granted, I understand they are busy, however, as a paying client of VKB, I expect to be treated with some semblance of respect, and expect punctual replies. One of the issues we had was a missing door bumper (the small rubberized pieces that go on the inside of the cabinet doors to protect them and prevent the slamming of wood on wood). It took almost 2 months to get this issue resolved. We started feeling like we weren't that important of clients for VKB as we weren't spending large sums of money. While we were at first very happy with the work, in hindsight, we wish we would have gone with someone else who was more professional and responsive to our requests.

I m glad I found VKB Kitchen and Bath. They did a great job remodeling my kitchen. Due to my busy schedule I needed someone that I could have all my remodeling needs provided in a reasonable time frame. Paul was the person who came out to my place to discuss what I needed in an evening while all others did not want to take the hassle to come out any time other than day time. That was the first good impression that I had with them knowing that they would go the extra mile to handle the project. Paul had a very well knowledge about what needs to be done in my kitchen. He invited me over to their showroom which I could go there and see all my options on Cabinets, tiles, granite etc. I went to their showroom on the following Saturday and they had already completed a 3D design that helped me to visualize how things would look all together. That was a professional touch. I was surprised with the lead time that they offered. But they were professional enough to let me know that they would not start the demolition until they made sure that they received all the necessary material. They assigned a supervisor to follow-up the project, his name is Jason. He is a very detail oriented guy who did a great job making sure everything went well smoothly. They worked in my house during the week and 1 weekend which I was not even at home. The result was great. Finally I have brand new kitchen. I really appreciate all the effort of the VKB staff for such a great service.

My wife and I had been making major renovations to our house?s exterior and decided it was time to focus on the inside starting with our kitchen. As always, we turned to Angie?s List to identify the highest rated companies in our area. We received designs and estimates from multiple companies but ultimately decided to go with VKB Kitchen & Bath. They ended up being the least expensive, but that?s never the primary reason we choose a company to work on our home. The primary reason is the comfort level we have that the company will do a great job, do it in a timely manner, and no surprises and unreasonable add on expenses materialize along the way. VKB Kitchen & Bath gave us that comfort level. Our designer, Joe Zouine, was extremely knowledgeable and very personable. He has a relaxed, can do style that put us at ease. His boss, Paul Panah, is also a very nice guy and was very flexible with us on pricing and any other concern. Given what a major undertaking a kitchen remodel involves with all its disruptions and inconveniences, being able to trust that the company we chose was highly competent and reliable was very comforting. We had major renovations done that included knocking out old soffit space and a large built in pantry closet as well as adding nearly double the cabinet and counter space we had before. They started the work in less than a week and a half after we signed the contract and were essentially finished in two weeks despite missing two days due to inclement weather. The crew worked hard, fast, and smart and even worked on Saturdays to make up for the lost weather days. Our new kitchen is beautiful! We couldn?t be happier with the service we received and results they achieved. Next year we will be remodeling three bathrooms. We look forward to having VKB Kitchen & Bath show us that they are just as phenomenal at remodeling bathrooms as they are with kitchens.
