I found VKB from a flyer in the mail. The showroom had everything I wanted with great selection. They were able to work with me to get exactly what I wanted for my new kitchen. Sean was our designer who helped draw up our plans for the remodel. The remodel went great and the crew was very helpful and professional. Jason, the project manager, was very helpful and made sure to update me frequently on the progress of the kitchen remodel. I love my new kitchen and cannot wait to use it! Highly recommend VKB kitchen and bath, we will use them for our bathroom update in the future.

Jason the project manager was terrific, the designer, Junior, was creative and easy to work with even though my ideas were fairly far out. They helped guide me to something workable that I would still love. The crew was excellent and willing. All requests were met with positive reactions and were dealt with speedily. All in all I would highly recommend this company. My new bathroom is gorgeous and the work was high quality. Clean up also went well and they just had terrific attitudes. I'd be happy to use them again.

I am happy to give VKB Kitchen & Bath a 5 star review. I also want to write a recommendation for others who may be researching kitchen or bath remodeling. VKB offers a free in home evaluation of your kitchen or bath. Sean Harris, my designer, came to my home, explained who and how VKB works, discussed my expectations, and budget. I previously received quotes from two other kitchen remodeling companies that were way over my budget. I met with Sean in the VKB showroom the next week. We worked together to select my cabinets, counter top, and lighting. His suggestions were wonderful. VKB is a one stop shop. My entire kitchen came within my budget, there were no add ons to my contract. A crew was available to start next week. Jason would be my project manager. I have never experienced someone who had so much concern for my needs or my expectations. Jason offers the best customer service I have ever experienced. He called me every night to review the day. Everyone who came to my home and worked on my kitchen was professional, courteous, and meticulous. They covered my home to keep it clean during the day and removed it every night. They even installed my new appliances. They finished the work in less time than anticipated. My neighbors love my new kitchen and so do I. I cannot emphasize enough, save yourself time and money by working with VKB Kitchen & Bath. Their showroom has everything you can imagine for kitchens and baths. We are very pleased with our experience working with the team from VKB Kitchen and Bath. Amanda, our kitchen designer, was very enthusiastic and helpful when making our kitchen choices. Her suggestions were very helpful in making the most of the space in our kitchen and choosing colors and quality materials that worked together well. Jason, our project manager, was very attentive and constantly checked to ensure that we were happy with the progress and always checked to see if we had any concerns. Pete, the technical supervisor, and his team were super special - especially Antonio and Jose. All of the work crews were pleasant, courteous, and professional. The crew's workmanship was excellent, they kept to schedule, and they left the worksite broom-clean at the end of each work day. Surprises are to be expected whenever a remodeling job is undertaken and VKB team impressed us with how they handled and resolved these to our complete satisfaction and delight - while remaining on schedule and within the original cost. Pete and Jason informed us of any unexpected situations the crew encountered, and presented elegant and professional options and solutions. Some of their solutions involved unplanned drywall, plumbing, electrical and painting, which was performed at no additional cost to us. We would use VKB again and would recommend them to others.

we love our new bathroom. Everything looks fantastic. Sean in the showroom worked with us to design the bathroom we always wanted. Jason was the project manager. He did a great job making sure we were happy with the work all the way from beginning to end. All the contractors performed their jobs very professionally. We are extremely happy with the finished bathroom. We are in the process of working on another projects with VKB at the moment. We did also refer them to somebody as well. I would recommend their work to anyone.

Great job all around! Lots of input at the store, lots of help with choices of floor and countertop. Junior (the salesperson) went over the whole project with us before VKB started and introduced us to all the project help providers. VKB started on time and we were called every night by Jason ( project manager) to make sure all was okay. The project was completed on time and we are very happy. When there was one small issue, we called the project manager and someone came and fixed it within 45 minutes. We will be doing our other bathroom with VKB very soon!

,Our Master Bath was in desperate need of renovation for quite a while, but we finally decided to do something about it when the shower pipes started leaking into the downstairs kitchen and we had to turn off the water to the shower. We went to Angie's List and found VKB with glowing reviews and in the area. We stopped by the showroom and liked what we saw. We set up an appointment to have designer Junior and Sean come out and look at the space. Originally we thought to have both upstairs bathrooms done, but we were a little naive as to the cost, so we told them to work on the design for the Master bath only. (As to the cost, after doing research on the internet, we realized there quoted prices were more than reasonable.) The space they had to work with was very awkward and difficult with sharp angles and odd spaces from a previous addition. We set up an appointment with Junior and Sean to go over the design. We all worked together to come up with a design that left us thinking ?this is how it was supposed to look.? We just knew it was right. We then picked out floor and shower tiles, cabinets, counter-top, and hardware. The meeting from designing through picking materials was four hours. The work start to finish took 5-6 weeks, a bit longer than expected, but not an issue for us. It would have been four weeks but for an adjustment on the mirror we made which added 1.5 weeks waiting for delivery. We had the shower after about 2 weeks, the toilet a few days later. After that it was scheduling for the counter top, glass for the shower, plumber for sinks, electrician for the vanity. The chosen materials were of high quality and the craftsmen did an excellent job in the installations. In addition, the craftsmen were courteous and treated our house with respect during the renovation. Through the entire process Jason, who oversaw the project, regularly stopped by or contacted us by phone to make sure that we were happy with the work, to answer any questions that we might have, and to make sure we knew he was available 24/7. He always let us know when someone was coming, and people arrived on schedule. The stress level for waiting and having people in the house was very low. AND, we absolutely love our bathroom. It is now our showpiece. The shower makes my day. The neutral tones are soothing. Two sinks!, we should have done this years ago! I'd say it was well worth the difficulties, but there were no difficulties!

Last year my wife and I had our kitchen remodeled by VKB Kitchen & Bath and were delighted with the results (see my review from 3/30/2015 - pictures included). This year we had them remodel all three of our aging and dated bathrooms with similarly wonderful results. Everyone we?ve interacted with from VKB Kitchen & Bath is dependable, knowledgeable, hardworking, and friendly including Paul Panah the owner, Joe Zouine our designer, Jason Reese the project manager, Edgar the work crew leader, and crew member Marvin who worked the longest and hardest to make our bathrooms beautiful. We will always highly recommend VKB Kitchen & Bath to anyone who asks us about kitchen and bathroom remodeling needs.

It went great! The bathroom was a total redesign of a 1977 bathroom. The design was much more efficient in terms of creating more usable space and added functionality. Their suggestion to go with a frame-less shower makes a big difference and dresses up the space. The addition of a stack-able washer and dryer brings the space up to speed with regard to current home buyer requirements. The heated floor is so nice my wife won't use any other bathroom upstairs! We don't plan on selling anytime soon so we get to enjoy these high end improvements. Colors, finishes and workmanship are all top shelf. The kitchen also was a total redesign. The design was cutting edge and incorporated design features that you only see in the newest kitchens in new construction. The variable depth and heights of the cabinets creates a stunning look.and a much more functional space. The construction crew was on time every day, and made sure to clean up every evening. We had some unexpected challenges during construction that necessitated making some changes in the design which VKB handled with ease. We are thrilled...it looks fantastic. Our new bath and kitchen are simply awesome. I'd recommend Junior, our Sales Consultant, and Jason, our Project Manager, to anyone who is looking for a high degree of professionalism. They were great! One last note...the quality of the work is so good that our friends and neighbors think we spent over 100K, not the actual cost of 60K!!

The original designer Joe walked us through the process and was very helpful with making design decision. A nice drawing was done to see how everything would look. The original estimate was much less than the next contractor we contacted. The job was started on schedule. The worker Juan showed up as told to us each day. Jason, the project manager, kept us informed virtually each day and asked if we were happy about the progress, had any questions or concerns and what we wanted, if anything. As with any project of this type there were a couple of hiccups. However, in each case Jason and VKB made sure we were happy with making things right. The bathroom came out even better than we anticipated. We will definitely use VKB for future projects.

Home remodeling can be very hassle and expensive, but VKB made everything satisfied. I love the design and services. I had contacted several companies, VKB really cares for customers. VKB showed me the design up front and let me customize what I need and want. Other companies were showing me the "default" design, and that was it. Also, the quote was not reasonable, or certain jobs were not included such as painting. VKB offered me "on-stop shopping", and all went very smooth. During the remodeling, there were a bit of disagreement on design, as it can happen anytime, but VKB resolved all of my requests on the spot. The site manager, Jason, was extremely caring and offered great follow ups. VKB is a great modeler, and I love you to share my experiences if you have questions.

Shopping around for a kitchen remodel took me at least 3 months to decide but ultimately i knew VKB was the BEST. The first company that I inquired with was from VKB Kitchen and Bath. Joe Zouine, Design Consultant arrived to review my kitchen, he was informative and efficient considering the electrical and construction components of my kitchen. Joe worked with me taking in regards my concerns with functionality and beauty; his design and layout were exactly right when considering the size / dimensions of my kitchen. Finally, I set up an appointment with Joe he provided the right price for the kitchen remodeling and upon visiting the office it was a very professional and friendly atmosphere, with a beautiful showroom. I then met Jason Freeman, Project Manager he was very professional, polite, informative, and always available any questions or concerns Jason was there 24/7, i really appreciated how he was there throughout the entire remodeling project. The VKB team was quite, clean, respectful, very friendly, hard working, and most importantly they were constantly in contact with Jason relaying any messages or questions. Thank you both to Joe and Jason for making the kitchen remodeling process easy, efficient, and enjoyable. Ultimately, based on the amazing professional experience during my kitchen remodel, i plan on engaging VKB to remodel my bathrooms and i 1,000% recommend VKB for any kitchen and bath remodeling needs. Things went very well. The workers were punctual, hard working and really knew their craft. The supervisor ( Jason) checked on us each day to see if we had any concerns.. The workers were clean, polite and left my house each day the way they found it. They workers only took a break for lunch. Within a week and a half the bathrooms were complete. The designer Amanda was excellent. She not only designed the room but was there throughout the process if we had any questions. The materials used to create the bathrooms were of top quality. More importantly, everyone involved in the project, Jason, Amanda, and the workers were very honest, easy to talk with and treated us with the upmost respect. I highly recommend this company without hesitation. I would consider them one of the BEST contractor I have ever worked with.We will be using them in the future for other projects.

We were virgins to the home remodel experience so it was intimidating to say the least to move forward with this project. Our original plan was to just give our bathrooms a facelift with some new vanity cabinets and granit counter tops and lighting, but we ended up doing a full remodel in our Master bathroom and partial in our hall bathroom. Sean spent a few hours with us going over various combinations and the pros and cons of each. He was knowledgeable and very paitent through the whole process. We put a small deposit down to hold the time frame that we wanted and after a couple of days, we finally made the decision to move forward. Within a few days of our deposit, they were ready to start and the materials were in. Through the remainder of our journey the project manager, Jason Freeman took care of us. From day one, Jason let us know what to expect while the work was being done, and he came over regularly to make sure things were going according to plan. Jason gave us nightly calls to answer questions we might have, see how the day's work went and to let us know the work that would be done the next day and the time the workers would arrive. Jason was an absolute pleasure to work with. The installation team (daily workers) were timely and very contentious. If there was any question about where we wanted things, they would always check with my husband and I. They always made sure that all items that needed to be covered up were and they always cleaned up everyday. They were very conscientious about our home and making sure to protect it from dust and dirt and took time everyone morning to secure plastic covering and tarps so as not to track dirt or mud and mitigate the dust. They also made sure that trash was picked up on a daily basis, since there is definitely a large amount of trash that comes through the makeover. The workers were great! The work that VKB did on the house well exceeded our expectations and we would definitely use them again! We would use VKB again and certainly recommend them to others to try.

Very well. The designer, Joe, and all the trades staff were excellent as was Jason the project manager. The cabinetry, flooring and electrical work were first grade quality.

They were very responsive to our desires when drawing up new plans. The workers arrived on schedule, worked very diligently and constantly checked our satisfaction. Their communication (project coordinator) couldn't have been better. We are extremely pleased with thr results and hope tp use them in the near future for our k tchen.

VKB did a wonderful job from the initial appointment to visiting to the showroom. JR Wizard was my bath designer ?and assisted in the material selection. Here was very personable and did a wonderful job on explaining the process. When visiting the showroom everyone was friendly and even helped with the selection of the quartz down to the decor tile trim. The crew arrived in December and they arrived on time and began the demolition. I was impressed how ?efficient they worked and even removed the paper from protection stairs on the weekends when they were not working on the project. The project manager, Jason Freeman called every day the crew worked, excellent followup, and kept us informed of the next step. I was impressed with how smooth the job went and look forward to having them renovated my kitchen! Love my new bathroom, with custom glass, heated flooring and beautiful tile, not to mention the custom vanity topped with Berkeley Quartz counter tops. They even installed stackable washer and dryer, including the plumbing. VKB is the best!

I met with Sean (my designer in August) and gave him a list of what I wanted and my budget. We worked for over a month to get it to where I wanted and what I wanted to spend. (The only extra I spent was due to a plumbing problem that came in unexpectedly when the drywall came down). He created a design that was fabulous. He listed and then he spent more time with me as I made my choices. Jason and his crew came and did a fabulous job. There were one or two things that had to be changed, but that is in any project. They finished in just over two weeks. I would come home every day and there would be no mess left. They even came on weekends to work. They were organized, polite, and I always knew what to expect. I have renovated two other bathrooms and my kitchen and never had this much cooperation on either project.

This is what we wanted for the hall bathroom. Wall cut down between the toilet and vanity, ceiling removed for a new one, old floor tiles removed, toilet replaced, light fixtures, vanity, electrical outlets, bath tub and shower fixtures were all removed. The bathroom was gutted to get ready for the project. VKB's chief designer, Sean Harris, came together with our ideas, thoughts and his suggestions and measurements, designed a beautiful bathroom for us. Now came the time to pick out the materials for the project at the VKB's showroom. If we didn't like something, Sean would suggest other ways until we were satisfied. The project began Oct. 12, 2015. Jason Freeman, the project manager, was great! He introduced to us his crew of workers. He explained to his workers what needed to be done, how things needed to be kept and protected. Jason, the project manager, kept us well informed of every aspect of the job. He made courtesy calls to inform us of the time the crew would be there and to find out if that time was fine with us. Jason's workers were always on time, worked faithfully through each day and were very respectful of property.After finishing each segment of the project, Jason and his workers would conference with us to review what was accomplished at that stage of the project. It would let them know if we were satisfied or if a changed needed to be made. If something was not to our liking, they would give their suggestion and show us and we liked that. Now, let me explain the stages of the project: full privacy wall cut down and a knee wall was built with a granite top , ceiling removed for a new drywall to be put up, remove the bathtub and in its place a walk-in shower (mud set shower pan) with grab-bars, a corner seat and frameless glass door. Also two spot lights were installed over the shower. We had an ADA Certified Comfort-Height toilet (Toto) put in and the old one removed. We had the old floor tiles removed and replaced with ceramic tiles for the floor and walls. We had the old vanity and cabinets removed and replaced with custom carpentry cabinets and a granite top and new mirror. We had an exhaust fan with light installed over toilet. Then they painted the top half of the walls.We are extremely pleased with the outcome of this project and would recommend VKB Kitchen and Bath and Jason and his workers for any project that you need. GREAT!

We found VKB through the Value Pack and we were a little uncertain but was intrigued by the bath and kitchen packages they offered. After some discussion we decided to contact VKB. Sean was our designer and was fantastic with giving us all of our options and breaking down the cost for us. The first meeting was Sean coming out to measure, the second meeting was at VKB showroom to go over the design he had come up with and begin to look at our options for finishes. We met several times to select products for the new kitchen and we were always met with lots of professionalism. After signing the contract, and paying our deposit it only took 2 to 3 weeks before all the materials were ready to begin. We had a construction meeting the morning of the first day of the remodel so that everyone was clear about the plans, and what was to happen with the kitchen. The construction meeting included, Jason our project manager, Sean our designer, the crew (who are employed by VKB exclusively) and us. Along the way, we encountered problems with existing wiring, items not being up to code, water damage to our subfloors, but through it all Jason took photos, so we could see exactly what was happening. Jason and Sean walked out through each of the options and made the decision making process much easier for us. We did have a problem with the backsplash tile we initially selected not being available, but again they made it very easy to select another option which we actually love even more. We were able to really customize the kitchen and its beautiful, we sometimes can't believe how nicely it came out. Jason communicated with us throughout the entire process and just made it easy, we didn't have to worry about what was going on. Another really neat feature is their client portal that we were used to asked questions, get answers, see photos of the issues that came up while we were at work. We would certainly use VKB again for future projects (which is more that just kitchen and bath remodels).

aThe demolition was done in a clean and efficient manner. The project manager, Jason Freeman, was in regular contact to ensure the renovation was moving along in a timely manner, Jason took care to make sure that we were cognizant of each days schedule of work and what work would be completed for a particular day or sequence of days. Joe Zouine, the design consultant. was instrumental in assisting the design phrase, in order to ensure that our wishes for the new new master bath was contained in the design. The workers took care to ensure that the reas impacted by the work were left in an orderly and clean fashion at the terminus of each day. One of the biggest kudos that I can give is my wife's complete satisfaction with the workers, the work and the end appearance of the master bath. It is truly a great addition to the house.
