Stan is one of a kind when it comes to home improvement contractors. He is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They completed my projects much faster than expected and at a price that was far below other quotes I received. When the job was complete, they reviewed everything with me to be sure I was happy. They totally cleaned up everything before they left. I will definitely be using Stan for future projects and highly recommend him and his company.

Arrived on time. Before doing any work, Ed recommended a good power wash. The price was very reasonable. Ed came on the on the next good weather day. He did a great job on the power wash. He was right. It allowed us to see what really needs to be painted. Ed will be returning in the next 1-2 weeks to review what needs to get painted and begin the work. I highly recommend calling this team for your exterior needs.

Stan did exactly what he stated he would do in the contract however he also did some extra that was a negative in our opinion. The rotted fascia board was replaced with a primed board and he removed metal old covering and added screws to attach the soffit up. Now we see the unpainted board from inside the house as opposed to the painted metal trim that covered it before. Unfortunately I did not research in advanced: roofers allow the customer to paint the board first, cost should have been about 1/3 to 1/2 that was charged and the soffit should have been left resting on the previously installed trim. BUT-the work was performed the next day and he did do the work stated on the contract. All in all the problem was solved.

This contractor was able to fit our project into his schedule the day after we talked to him, and did a quality job.

Stan is a fantastic worker in his own right, installing the 6" seamless aluminum gutters and downspouts; painting the siding and the oil burner chimney, and helping to apply the GAF Ultra HD 50-year asphalt roof shingles. Stan and the crew worked together beautifully: quickly, with efficiency and left NO trash around. He and everyone on his team were quick to help in all aspects of the job and answered all our questions. We have ourselves installed the windows, doors, floors, walls, etc. in our 46-year-old house, and we didn't want to try to do the exterior ourselves and were VERY PLEASED with the work Stan and his crew did. Attention to even the smallest of details, a great price and Stan's courtesy and willingness to answer questions and do a little extra, made this project a pleasure. AND, we understand that Stan can handle all types of interior projects, too.-AND-AT A FAIR PRICE!
