It was just one room. That was all. They came at the appointed time. They got the job done and left. They got the job done in about a half an hour. It is a good price. I checked other prices and they were much higher than Sears was. Matter of fact, Sears would do three rooms for $99.00 but I only had one room in my house that still has carpet on the floor. They work was done well. The workers were polite and go right to work.
Description of Work: They cleaned my carpets.

They were very good. They were quick, punctual and did the job well. The delivery and implementation of equipment was concerning. They wanted to get an electrician or a handyman to adjust the counter top where they were sliding in the equipment. Anytime they checked back in with Sears itself, they were convinced they had to do what they had to do. It was clearly a group of young guys that wanted more money.
Description of Work: We purchased a dishwasher and a stove.

The first day that was scheduled I waited for 9 hours and not only did they not show up, but someone called every few hours with a different excuse: "my brakes are bad and I have to put the truck in the shop;" "I had an accident and am on my way to the hospital;" "my truck is overheating." In between these calls I was receiving calls from the office saying that the crew was on the way. I rescheduled and asked for a discount. I was told I would receive a call from a supervisor but never received one. The price I was quoted was $99. When the team showed up, the hidden costs brought the total to >$1200! It was clearly a bait and switch situation. I ended up paying $615. There is no way you will ever pay $99 unless you have a brand new furnace. This has been 2 days of stress and anxiety. I would prefer to breathe in dust and mold. The only positive comment I can make is that the team who did the work were very nice and made an effort to clean up when they were finished. They also asked me to fill out a survey but when I attempted to enter my invoice number I got a message saying that there was no record of the service. I won't use Sears again.

The delivery went well! The two guys who delivered & installed the 2 pieces couldn't have been any nicer. They showed me how to work both and since I had the original hook ups from my old washer & dryer they advised me to take the new ones back for a credit! The new ones are GREAT and very quiet. The sales people were very helpful also and good to work with.

Bought a new washer and dryer on December 20th, from SEARS. Sears was supposed to deliver and install the washer/dryer on Christmas Eve, 12/24th. When an hour had gone passed the time they were to arrive at the house, and NO ONE CALLED, I called the store. We were initially to told that the truck was on it's way. THEN, we were told the units had been damaged and they were not on the way. Next, we were told the washer/dryer would be delivered and installed on Saturday the 27th. They showed up, brought the units to the laundry room but unfortunately our overflow water pan was too small (Who Knew - it's a new house!). So we rush out and get a larger pan, but the guys were gone. They had promised to come by after their last deliver of the day - no one shows up. Then we were told that installation would be on New Year's Eve - but you guessed it - we get a message that T HE WEARHOUSE HAS DENIED OUR REQUEST FOR INSTALL. Which is code for no one showed up for work that day. Our install was bumped to Friday January 2nd, and guess what!! It's 8:00 PM on Jan. 1 as I type this review and the message we're getting says that T HE WAREHOUSE HAS DENIED OUR REQUEST FOR INSTALL for tomorrow. W**??? Can you believe these Bozo's?? I have a washer and dryer sitting in the hallway blocking the rooms, no one can get by - it's a nightmare. I will never trust SEARS again. They lie. The sales staff has no clue what the warehouse is doing. And the local warehouse doesn't know if a customer has had issues the previous day, and so they should put that customer at the top of the list for the NEXT day, but NO!! Unless you get the name of the local warehouse manger - you won't get anything done! And I still don't have a working washer/dryer in my home!!!!
