Justine Pompei was the selling agent. The master bath shower did not meet building codes and she did not disclose this defect. It was impossible to use from the date of settlement. She refused to give us the info about the seller and the contractor. Unprofessional realtor.

After a realtor/former neighbor took a very low guess at the value of our house (close to $100,000 below what we actually got), we had our home professionally appraised. On seeing our house, Barbara was enthusiastic and charming. She estimated its value close to the professional assessment (much closer than several other realtors). She has years of experience and understands the nuances of market value. Once we contracted with her, Barbara arranged for a photographer and did a wonderful virtual tour that was visited by thousands. It is among the nicest I've ever seen. Our house is in an unusual area and, for a while, seemed invisible to the world. She organized other realtors with properties in the area and brain stormed market strategies while also exposing our house to new realtors. Even in the summer's slow market, the house sold at the asking price in the estimated time frame. She handled everything with professionalism. The sale went off without a hitch. She's great!
