We found them on Angie's List. On the first visit, I walked them through, and told them what I needed them to do. I haven't had any problems since then. Sometimes they change girls because of the work load. I just walk the supervisor what I need done and she checks all of their work before they leave. They come and get me and ask me if I am satisfied. I've never had a problem.

We use them twice a month. They come every other Thursday now, and they are very good. They are trustworthy, I don't have to tell them every time they come what to do. They have a good team, I've watched them work, and they are some very good team leaders. They know how to clean. The price depends on what I'm having them do. Their price, and quality are very good. They are on time, and we use them all of the time.

Pioneer does my home cleaning. They do a good job and I am very happy with them. It took a while to get our schedule coordinated, but that was 50% my fault too. they are flexible, i do every three weeks. and they have fit in special occasions. Their pricing is comparable to others.

Pioneer Custom Cleaning did a beautiful job cleaning our house! It sparkled when they were through. A group of ladies showed up and just set to work! They have an efficient system which leaves the house perfectly clean from top to bottom. Then, Teresa comes to oversee and inspect their work. Friendly, efficient, and effective!

The owners were incredible! They answered all of my questions and were very helpful. I was able to see pictures of other clients' homes. Beautiful work!

I hate to have to write a negative review for such nice people, but I really feel like they didn't act in my best interest as the customer, and want others to know about it before booking with them. I contacted a few companies to get estimates on bi-weekly or monthly cleaning for our home. I sent an email to Pioneer through Angie's list and got an almost immediate call back from Teresa. She was very friendly and explained that they are moving into the Montgomery County area to offer cleaning, and have one client in our neighborhood already. When discussing how often we wanted cleaning, I mentioned bi-weekly or monthly. Teresa then brought up that Pioneer actually offers tri-weekly cleaning, and we had a discussion about how it is a good option for most people who aren't sure how often they want cleaning. I scheduled for her to come out for an estimate. Teresa and her mom came out together to do the estimate a couple days later. They were extremely friendly, and walked around the house showing me where our previous cleaner had missed spots (tops of doors, cabinets, etc - certainly mortifying to have someone show you all of your own filth, but I get their point). We sat down and they told me all about the company and how committed they are to excellence, and to let them know if at any point I wasn't happy with their services. They gave me written estimates of their services, $130 for bi-weekly cleaning and $155 for tri-weekly, with an and quot;initialand quot; clean fee of $325. Once we had all of the estimates back, we decided that even though Pioneer was one of the more expensive options, we liked the idea of tri-weekly cleaning and felt that we were most comfortable with them. I emailed Teresa back to ask if they could lower their prices at all to make it more comfortable for us to afford tri-weekly cleaning, which she said she could lower to $150 per cleaning, and lower the initial clean to $275. We were thrilled, and told all other companies we got estimates from that we had decided to go with someone else, and let Teresa know I'd like to book our initial clean and go with tri-weekly cleans. At this point, I got an email back (a few days later) from Teresa saying they cannot do tri-weekly cleaning in our area because there aren't any other clients on that schedule near me. Womp womp. Look, I get it. It doesn't make sense to send your cleaning crew out for one house every 3 weeks. But then why did you even offer it to me in the first place? Why did you drop the price for me? Why didn't you tell me any of this along the way? So I was stuck with turning down other good offers (and other companies who had lowered their prices for me in response to this one lowering, and I had still turned down), and now no one to come clean. I asked Teresa if they could lower the bi-weekly price so that I could justify still booking with them, and she said no. This is extremely disappointing, I ended up having to call back another company I had turned down and beg them to still give me a reduced rate. Teresa offered for them to contact us when they had tri-weekly services available in our area, but that's kind of silly. I need cleaning now...not whenever they get enough clients to fit me in. If they had been more forthcoming from the start in letting me know, I probably would have sucked it up and paid the bi-weekly cleaning price. But now I'm glad I didn't. This isn't the way I want to be treated as a potential customer. Hopefully others considering them in the Montgomery County area will be aware of this before getting the estimate.

Pat and Teresa were wonderful to work with; responsive, timely and clear on coverage. The team did an excellent job, worked very hard and were very pleasant. I appreciated Pat being here for the beginning of the cleaning and she returned to check on my satisfaction as the team finished their initial cleaning. I will continue to use them and will recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

She is fabulous. They do a great job. They are very accomodating and easy to reschedule if you ever need to. They always show up on time. They are wonderful!

I have been using her services for the past three years. I think that she might be having a waiting list and I don't know whether she is taking in any more people. They keep my house very clean. They are honest and thorough, and if something isn't satisfactory, they will come out and correct it. Their price is high, but I think that it is excellent when compared to others. They are very punctual, and if not, they will call and let you know.

We rely on Pioneer to clean our investment properties. This means going to our properties unsupervised and on their own to clean from top to bottom. Pat and Teresa are very responsive and they work quickly to get our appointments scheduled when it's convenient for us. They are a part of our team. We know we can trust them to do an excellent job every time. My wife's interaction is different. She refers Pioneer to her buyers, sellers, and others who rely on her for referrals to vendors. She has worked hard to develop a high quality list of service providers and only refers the best. She swears by Pioneer and does not refer any other cleaning company. PS: My wife just walked by as I was typing up this review and she said and quot;there should be an A+ for them!and quot;

I used this company for many years. Initially we were very happy with their service, but then management changed and we had problems. They did a pretty good job of cleaning of house, but like most other cleaning companies, they got sloppy over time and starting missing little things here and there which became an annoyance. If I called to complain about things that were missed during the cleaning, the crew usually came back promptly to rectify the issues, but we had a few problems where the crew broke or damaged items and when I reported to the owner, she insisted that they were not her crew's fault and would not fix or compensate us. I feel this is a very unprofessional way to run a business. In one case the crew broke and item and hid the broken pieces. I've used many cleaning companies over the years, and this one treated me the worst.

They have been cleaning out my house for the past 5 months. They do a good job and they are polite and professional. It was a good experience overall and I will continue to use them in the future.

It went well. The owner was very hands on and did a walk-through with us at the beginning and end of both jobs. It was very personable and the level of work was great. We will definitely be using this company again.
