He is quite helpful giving tips on how to get your property sold and points out things you should be aware of when looking at other properties. Paul stays on top of you so that everything stays on schedule. We changed our mind about selling our house 3 times since 2011 and Paul still always stayed engaged, giving advice on keeping our property up and letting us know he would be there when we were ready. Paul Stalker is an excellent real estate agent. My Mom had to leave her home in Ellicott City due to a health issue and I needed to sell the property as quickly as possible for a reasonable price. Having bought and sold several homes over the years, I sought out an agent that had grown up in the Ellicott City area, had around ten years (or more) experience as a realtor full-time, and had lots of good reviews online. After meeting with Paul, I was convinced that he was a winner and I was proven correct. Although my Mom had taken very good care of her home, there were numerous issues that needed to be addressed. Paul was extremely helpful with advice as well as recommending quality contractors to provide necessary repairs and upgrades. The house was difficult to price since it was the only one like it in the neighborhood, yet Paul's analysis and forecast were right on target. His knowledge of contract law is excellent and he is also quite personable. Seriously doubt that you can find someone better!
