I was very pleased with M.L. Smith personnel and service. Very quick, kept me informed when they were coming, did a great job for a great price. They are my new permanent electricians!!

We had a problem with dead outlets along one wall of our house. Rep was very helpful and quickly diagnosed a problem with the GFI in a bathroom outlet at the other side of the house! He reset the GFI as a courtesy and that was it! Thank you!

The gentlemen that completed the work were respectful, thorough and refreshingly nice and customer service oriented. The owner also stopped by my work site and it was clear why the customer service and work ethic is so good with this company. The workers also helped with some additional, non-electrical work. They were thorough in cleaning up after and organized all my extra wires and such and made sure I knew what was what and how to operate my new electrical gizmos. Seemed a bit unorganized, particularly as to scheduling and performance. Needs to be firm about scheduling. Needs to utilize proper work orders so that customer can see the accuracy of the order. I went over the scope of work twice with the owner and once with the technician. Overall it finished as a good job with reasonable pricing (2 techs, ttl 3 man-hours, 5 outlets and two switches changed for new, $240 inc. materials).
