So, so pleased that I found Louise August. When our old deck was demolished in the middle of a back yard renovation, we discovered that the 110+ year old brick underneath was in terrible shape. I called 6 companies to try to get a quote and not only was Louise August was the only one who answered the phone, but they rearranged their schedule to come out the next day so that we could keep our larger renovation project on track. Talk about amazing customer service. The father-son duo gave a knowledgeable assessment of what needed to be done and the work was underway within the week. It was such a relief to find this company and they're officially on the top of my to-call list for any future brick (or roof) projects. Highly recommend.

This company was wonderful to work with during the entire process. They called me back right away to confirm when they would arrive the very next day to look at the roof. They were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They also sent me before and after pics, which was great because I certainly was not going on the roof. They even made sound no-pressure recommendations. I even decided to tell them about other projects that I wanted to do in the future. Thank you very much Louise August!

They are very pleasant to work with and not the least bit pushy. Other contractors have been quite insistent on adding other work to increase the price. That didnâ t happen here.

I had repair work done on my slate roof as well as repairs to the ridge line (top of the roof). They also repaired my chimney crown, cleaned and repaired my gutters. I was impressed by the work and was also given photos as the work was completed which is helpful as I couldn't get up to see the repairs. I will continue to use them in the future!

They called quickly, reviewed the work to be done, explained what needed to be done, and gave an estimate. They showed up when agreed, sent pictures of the work in progress, and finished when they estimated they would. This was an unusual job which many roofers had declined to undertake. They cleaned up the job site when done, and did not ask for additional payment or present any unexpected obstacles. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

Very responsive, prompt and reliable. Explained everything very well and took and showed me photos of roof issues. Small father and son company w/ lots of experience and expertise. In addition to looking over and repairing my slate roof, they installed leave guard on all gutters. I look forward to working w them in the future.

They were very responsive and focused on fixing our gutter damage in the most cost-effective way. They were willing to look at photos before coming out to the house, which allowed us to discuss options and ultimately get the job done the day they came to officially inspect the damage. They did an excellent job and cleaned out the rest of the gutters while they were on the roof. They called a bit after the work was complete to make sure I was still satisfied with it. This level of care was for a small/minor gutter repair which tells me they are about customer service and quality of work regardless of the size of the project. Strongly recommend them and we will use them moving forward.

Mr August was excellent at explaining everything that needed to be done because he found more damage than we could see. He was especially gentle with my mother so that she understood the problems that were discovered around the roof. I also appreciated that he kept me informed about everything going on at my momâ s home. They also did an excellent job cleaning up after all the work was done. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service.
