The contractors and the Mr. August was in constant contact thru the recommendations and the completion of work. I was very impress with the workmanship.

We had an emergency leak on our roof which they said they would prioritize because rain was in the forecast, then they waited 4+ days until the day of rain to try to do the repair and rescheduled last minute because of the rain. They came back the next week to do the repair. I don't know if the work is quality -- they did not provide any pictures of the work. They refused to provide an invoice after the work was completed and now won't respond.

This family owned business was very responsive to my needs and quickly repaired as needed with an eye to customer's needs.

They explained what needed to be repaired on my roof to stop the immediate leak and took photos showing me the cause of the leak around the chimney. They also provided photos of other problems. SO I saw that the previous company I used a few years ago did a poor job. So now I am going to use Louise August company to seal my flat roof with Gaco-a silicon sealant. Photos, discussions, sharing info on product and helping me do my research on product and pricing tells me this is a trusted contractor. Nothing to hide, no pressure and answered all of my many initial questions and follow up questions. I highly recommend this company.

August expertly completed the following: careful removal of existing 3 yo Trex deck and reinstallation of same deck at the conclusion of the roof work; installed a new roof; built new deck structure to support drainage; installed new gutters. George and his dad (Jim) came by and checked out the damage to the siding & insulation underneath. The estimate was a little higher than originally gave because of the damage underneath to the insulation. George apologized for the increase and also cleaned/tightened our gutters (which needed both). The crew was able to take care of the replacement quickly and the color match was right on point. Definitely consider Louise August for any of your work on your home because George & Jim are honest, straight forward, and provide good quality work at an affordable price. I'll be using them again for my home improvement work for sure!

The owners, Jim and George are professional, courteous, and very pleasant to work with. They did the job of tuck pointing the chimneys and the outside areas that needed repair. A water repellant spray coat sealed the parging. Their crew did an excellent job finishing on time. I appreciated the quick response and their attention to details. The project was top notch. I highly recommend them and will use their services again.
